I’m extremely impressed with Samsungs products I purchased thanks to Argos, I was a tad dubious about purchasing the Samsung soundbar & subwoofer as the price was a bargain but my goodness it’s fantastic, also the Samsung 65” 4K tv as my tv had broken a few months ago, & a big change with the Samsung tv but again it’s amazing! Everything is on point! & beyond my expectations both add to an impressive experience indeed! Very impressed!

misleading same day collection option
I think it is really misleading advertising something as same day collection and then send a message at 22.17, almost 20min after the store has closed thay you can go and pick up your order. That is clearly not same day but next day.

Good choice of machines on website at comparable prices to other retailers. 5 year warranty a bonus.
We paid for installation and recycling due to being disabled. The delivery staff were friendly and efficient no complaints whatsoever.

I had a great experience picking up my order from the Argos store in the Didcot Sainsbury's. The lady who sorted out my items was really friendly and helpful. Stupidly, I didn't get her name to give her full credit for her great customer service.

On 19th July, I was first customer of the day, at Argos Sainsbury's Keighley West Yorkshire store.
I'm out of the Ark when it comes to any Tec, I miss the catalogue 's Emily served me , she was a delight first class customer service, Thank you
