Paula Woods , my sister's tenancy officer with Great Places proved herself to be conscientious , professional and very caring in facilitating my sister's gas re- connection with an energy company ( whose customer care , to my sister and I , seemed inaccessible , depressingly distant , dis organised and negligent . ) My sister had just been released from hospital and her flat was without heat for 10 days in the cold snap before Christmas and Paula's restrained but forceful emails and phone calls did the trick, in the end . Thank you Paula !
