Signal is rubbish
2 bars only when at home
When I phoned about updating to colleagues deals , listening to children and a dog barking was not good .
He kept sighing. But the lady was alright but they sent physical sim when we are e sim phone.

Good pricing structure and the switch process was quick and easy. Being on the Vodafone network gives excellent coverage. Very happy 👍🏻

I choose 5 stars because i did not have any issues with asda mobile and everything is going smoothly, on top of that the price of the package is extremely good.

Easy to move I was worried as its vodaphone and i was moving from Vodafone that my number would not move but customer services were great and confirmed it would be ok.. and it was :-)

NO problems at all had to wait about 3days

I am still waiting for a refund of £20+ of the money I paid into my sim card pay as you go account. My account was discontinued without any warning to me. Apparently I didn't use it enough. They could have warned me in advance but didn't.

Very fast service and love how easy it is to connect to WiFi and internet they are always one call away or text very helpful

Asda is brilliant

Switched to Asda recently. Much better Sim Only contract than elsewhere. So far so good.

Customer service, was first class,a little disappointed that zi didn't receive any benefit on my Asda shopping account.

Network issues ub5 area

Rude call centre staff
Lack of information about how to set up the SIM
Inability to buy two SIM cards at the same time
It was not easy to do and I had little guidance or support
