Superb service, parcel delivered quickly , well packaged and at a good price online , very pleased with my purchase and delivery.

Not a good experience due to evri delivery, new hoodie thrown over back gate and landed in the bin full of water , new hoodie soaked with water in the package, very disappointed. Evri should use the front postal door not lazily throw packages over garden gates. Hoodie stained and had to be washed straight away. I doubt i will order online again if evri are the courier.

I found the customer service good , i was sent a used opened work bench , seal was broken and it had been sent back as a return by someone else. I contacted the customer service team and they had it collected and replaced at the same time so I received a brand new sealed workbench and the old one was taken away , can't fault the customer service support, they solved the issue fast. I got the workbench at a good price and delivery both times was fast.

Really friendly delivery people , helped get the heavy mattress indoors and were polite and helpful, happy with the service.
