Purchased pair of north face trainers as a gift for my sister, for some reason they have sizes listed in US sizing and it's different size guides for men and women in US so I chose accordingly US 7 women's, was sent a US 7 men's which is US 8.5 women's. Have contacted customer support and they've been "investigating" for a week, no sign of exchange or admission that they've messed up. I am due to fly in a couple of days with the trainers as a gift but I'm gonna have to leave them here as they are not the right size.
It's a shame as they have a variety of products from loads of brands and I've purchased from them before but this experience is making me scared to order from them again

The customer service staff are so helpful with advice on measuring and the actual size of the garment. Recently purchased a merino dress, merino vest and underwear. I bought small in the dress and medium in the other garments.
Also I didn’t include my discount code as I was so focussed on sizing but that was added by Sports Pursuit staff. Thanks for all your help. I’ve bought many garments in merino wool from Sports Pursuit over the years.

Bought Keen trainers for everyday dog walking I have wide feet and they fit perfectly and are very comfortable, pleased with the price too being half price

Ordered 2 wetsuits but they didn't fit so I returned them. Its been 18 working days, 26 full days since apparently my refund was initiated and now I'm getting ghosted in my emails trying to track my money down.
