Avoid
Avoid! Send out new tools with incorrect accessories then ignore emails. When you ring to sort it you can't hardly understand the person on the phone then they expect you to jump through hoops to get the correct items you have already paid for. Send them pictures, OF WHAT? N WHY? GIVE ME MY CORRECT ITEMS IV PAID FOR! USELESS.

Their review of Dewalt DCMPH566N-XJ Hedge Trimmer suggested a user could reach 4.5 metres with this kit, which is only 2.15m max length and reach 3.35m, as per the Dewalt specification. This is extremely misleading. Please can you correct it ASAP. I ordered one then had to cancel it.

I had order 2 levels one came with the packaging burst open sent an email right away in case the other level was missing! Got a ticket thing via email after 2 day I phoned up and they said I’d was held back due to damage and was coming next day another 5 days later I emailed about it no reply had to phone up again and was told it was returned to them , and would be re packed and sent out again so it was it turned up with hardly any wrapping on it and 2 chips on the edge now I have to go through this again there customer service is really poor
