Best delivery company
Unlike other delivery companies, you kept us well informed from the point of your receipt of our parcel, to transit and then delivery. The delivery time was also as you promise. You rang on our doorbell too instead of so many companies that simply dump items on our doorstep, whether we are at home or not.

Safe place request ignored
The parcel was later than expected from the sender, so because I was going away, I downloaded the DPD App with my preferences. My first preference was for the parcel to left at the back door.
On the day of delivery I also replied to the email letting me know, requesting it be left at the back door.
I returned home today to a note from a neighbour who had seen the parcel being left at the front door, without any attempt to go to the back of the house. Thankfully she took the parcel in which avoided it being taken and also it not looking like the house was empty.
