The delivery we perfect and punctual but it scared me that the online tracking wasn't following the shipment. I even received an automatic email saying "your order is waiting for pickup" whilst it was almost delivered. But I imagine that some IT glitches or miscommunication with the delivery company might always happen.
I'll definitely purchase from them again.

Easy to book, the cleaner came at the agreed time and was friendly, professional and quick. I was immediately sent the pictures of the cleaned gutters. I had to process the payment via phone because the link didn't work for me (not sure if that was because of the safety features of my bank that require a number of authorization steps...).

Last year we had very friendly and competent advice for rebuilding our conservatory. There was some confusion at the beginning due to poor phone line and maybe something lost in translation, but Dunraven has been understanding and then everything went smooth.
The work progressed timely and with the quality we expected.

I have used a couple of LFD and a PCR; they all arrived timely in different packages. The kit is minimalist (simple is good!) and the instructions clear and easy to follow.
I contacted the customer service to enquire if I could use the Day 2 LFD as fit-to-fly test and received a timely, polite and clear answer.
The LFD results arrived within 2 / 3 hours as a link via text message. From that link I was able to download a jpg - this worried me slightly as I was used to a pdf looking more "formal", but this format was accepted without any issue.
The PCR was almost lost by Royal Mail, but as the laboratory received the sample it was analysed and gave results on the same day.

Everything perfect except maybe that I thought I would have received the bottle in the usual branded cardboard box (I am not referring to the shipping box) but that's probably an overlook from my sight and no real complain.

The plants arrived in perfect timing and the confection was efficient. One of the three plants didn't look healthy, I thought it suffered the trip and I was hoping it would have recovered. It didn't. The other two have started looking poorly within a week and I think they now have some fungus.
