Created and ordered a photobook, the website was easy to use and the book was delivered on time. The quality of the book was excellent.

Always great, photo's clear & fast delivery. The price & offer are always used - 50 photo's & you pay for delivery - you always find more photo's to be printed. So they are so good, I shared my experience, as friend wants to do a scrap book & use photo's off her phone & as they will be delivered fast - it's perfect.

good products, app v website sync is poor. Value for money is average at best. postage is expensive.

Absolutely disgraceful, diabolical service, very uncaring. Paid for priority next day service, didn't arrive. Was very important. Just said they would escalate and I could either have a refund or reorder and get it in over a weeks time!!!

I ordered some custom playing cards for my wedding and they came out perfectly; I am so happy with the quality of the items and the speed of delivery! Unfortunately, some of the boxes got a bit creased and squished in transit (the cards were still pristine, though) and when I contacted customer service about this they were very apologetic and quick to remedy the situation by sending me replacements. I spoke with a lovely customer service agent named Joy Wairimu who was so kind and friendly and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. I will absolutely be using Snapfish again in the future and love when companies stand by their products!

Had a problem with my order so used their "Chat with live agent" service and when they ask you for order numbers or anything else, you get cut off automatically. Very clever so you get fed up with it and give in after several attempts. Today, after an order problem I got cut off AGAIN! five times! I mean, honestly, this so-called "Agent Chat" service is absolute rubbish, and so is Snapfish. Last week it was mouse-mats which they got wrong although they did rectify that after a lot of back-and-forth wrangling and today I was offered a "Site wide" 50% off so chose a photo tile and got charged full price at checkout. Then, once again, on this so called Chat with an agent, they wont let you answer their further inquiries so again I got cut off each time, when asking for order number etc To be fair, I'd give them a miss and go elsewhere folks.

Ordered photo fridge magnets and a photo book, VERY DISAPPOINTED with the dull and under saturated images. I got in touch to complain and they did offer to do them again, especially as I spent £50. But the 2nd lot were just the same, a few images were ok, but the rest disappointing. Have made a note to never use this company again!

The photo’s arrived minus the heads

Initially offered a credit which I accepted’ but the credit is only specific to the exact photos previously ordered,

A bit like buying an item of clothing that doesn’t fit’ you take back for a refund & are offered a credit note but you’re only allowed to buy the exact same sized item.

They acknowledged their error apologised but were not for shifting on their policy of “Computer says No!”

I advised I’ll pursue a chargeback & they wished Me well with this & apologised.

Chargebacks typically cost up to £30 in the UK to said businesses which is counter productive & costly.

Maybe such things will force them to see sense,

If you’re giving a credit for your mistake then ensure customers can use said credit wherever they like.

Great platform, easy interface, Always happy with product quality, have been using them for over a decade.

The photo calendars were excellent quality, fairly priced and delivered promptly. Thank you.

priority postage is a waste of money! Photos ordered and paid £7.99 priority delivery for quick delivery. They missed their own deadline. Still waiting on product. Do not use under any circumstances

Card arrived a week after father's day despite it saying it was guaranteed to arrive in time.

I was later prompted to write a review for the website, where I shared this information, and then I received a further email saying "Your review has been moderated - it cannot be published on the website". Hmmm...

Got my photos within the week and brilliant quality. Very happy.
