Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 106 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people found customer service extremely poor, citing unhelpful responses, poor communication, and difficulty reaching a human. Significant issues were frequently reported with delivery, including parcels never arriving, being delayed, or getting lost, often with the company not taking responsibility. The return process was also a major source of frustration, with customers encountering difficulties, problems with labels, and denied refunds. However, some customers noted concerns regarding product quality, citing issues like corrosion, premature wear, or design flaws in items. Conversely, a small portion of people found product quality exceptional and durable, with some experiencing quick delivery and helpful customer service.

Frustrating from start to finish

What should have been a simple order turned into a frustrating back-and-forth. Overall the experience felt disorganised from checkout through to delivery. Can't really recommend this based on my experience.

Frustrating from start to finish

I wanted to like this store, but too much went wrong along the way. Sizing was off compared to the chart listed on the product page. I had to chase up the order myself since there was no proactive communication. Two stars feels generous given how it went.

I am beyond disappointed with Under…

I am beyond disappointed with Under Armour’s customer service\. They supplied the return postage, my parcel was sent exactly as instructed, yet they have refused to issue my refund\. As a customer, I did everything I was asked to do, but somehow I’m the one left out of pocket\.

The most frustrating part isn’t just the money—it’s the complete lack of accountability\. Instead of taking responsibility for a return using their own provided shipping method, they’ve chosen to make the customer pay the price\. It’s unacceptable\.

I expected far better from a global brand\. Good customer service means standing behind your returns process and treating customers fairly\. Instead, I’ve been met with delays, poor communication, and a refusal to resolve an issue that should never have become my problem\.

This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in Under Armour\. I won’t be shopping with them again, and I certainly won’t be recommending them to anyone\. There are plenty of companies that value their customers and honour their responsibilities—unfortunately, Under Armour doesn’t appear to be one of them\.

If you’re considering ordering from Under Armour, be aware that if something goes wrong with a return, you may find yourself fighting for your money back even when you’ve followed their instructions\. Extremely disappointing\.

I returned two pairs of shoesRefund Denied Despite Returning Two Pairs of Shoes

I returned two pairs of shoes, but I was only refunded for one pair. After waiting for several weeks, I received nothing but generic responses. Under Armour claimed that the recorded package weight matched the refunded items, but that is not proof of what was actually inside the return package.

As a customer, I have no way of proving that both pairs of shoes were in the box, while Under Armour simply relies on its warehouse records and refuses to take any responsibility. In the end, the customer is left paying for the company's mistake.

This was my last order from Under Armour.

Returned 4 items (full order) only refunded for 2

Returned 4 items (full order) but only been refunded for 2. Under Armour refuse to investigate it blaming DHL yet it is their duty to have them investigate it. Dropped the parcel off at drop off point after 5 days the parcel had not moved and that day was day it was due to be delivered. Contacted UA and DHL about this and mysteriously the parcel began to move yet took 4 more days to be delivered ( only found out due to refund being issued) DHL tracking still says its at delivery depot. UA claim only 2 items were received into warehouse and this is their final stance. Ive reminded them that my contract is with the them notDHL. Which they refuse to acknowledge. Im currently left £40 out of pocket and with using Klarna can see no way of disputing this. Somewhere along the process something has happened to parcel either at the drop of point or in the warehouse.

After years of custom costing £1000s ill never spend another £ with them again

Seems after posting this and reading other reviews Im not alone in having issues with the returns process with DHL and UA

UA Drive Pro Clone Spikeless Golf Shoes …

Purchased UA Drive Pro Clone Spikeless golf shoes in April 2026, by June (after 2 months) sole grips were worn out in places and the shoes were slipping on the grass. Contacted support showing them pictures of the soles compared with my Ecco golf shoes which were more that 2 years old where the sole grips were still in excellent condition in the same places. Asked for refund or replacement and was effectively told to get lost. Specifically they said ; ''As mentioned before no refund or replacements are possible in this situation as your claim was rejected and classified as wear and tear. Please be advised that further discussions about this will not lead to changing our decisions, and if you decide to contact us again we will simply stop responding.''

Terrible online policies.

Ordered two heat guard shirts online through underarmour. Was charged the 79.10 right away it went through. Woke up the next morning to find a charge for 39.55. When I called to find why this I was I was told that the 79.10 was a pre authorized payment and the 39.55 was the actual product and that I would have another 39.55 once the second shipped out. I’m now out double the price for another 5-10 business days when the pre authorized is released. They claimed it was policy even though I’ve ordered from them online before and never had this issue before. Was also told even though they got the 79.10 if per se either of the new payments bounce the order gets cancelled.

Under Armour waterproof golf shoes

Under Armour waterproof golf shoes. There is a massive design fault with thier waterproof shoes. The tongue of the shoe is not sealed. So as soon as the shoe gets wet from above, and let's face it rain comes from above, the top of your foot gets wet. For £160 I expected better.

I have always liked Cancelled Order, Unusable Gift Card, No Alternative SolutionUnder Armour…

I have always liked Under Armour products, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing.

I placed a legitimate order using an Under Armour gift card and spent considerable time selecting products, only to have the order cancelled because the shipping address was identified as a freight forwarder.

As an international customer outside the U.S., I regularly purchase from brands such as Nike, Adidas, and Sephora using the same forwarding service and have never experienced this issue before.

What frustrated me most was that the balance was returned to a new Under Armour gift card. Since Under Armour does not ship to freight forwarders and I do not have access to a residential U.S. address, I am left with a gift card that I cannot realistically use.

Customer service was polite, but no practical solution was offered. If a company's policies prevent international customers from redeeming their gift cards, there should be a reasonable alternative available.

The issue was not the cancellation itself, but the fact that I am now stuck with a gift card that is effectively unusable.

Returned 8 items, refunded for only 5

I returned an Under Armour order through their official DHL returns process on 20/04/2026.

DHL tracking confirms the return was delivered back to the retailer on 23/04/2026. Under Armour refunded 5 items from the return but has refused to refund the remaining 3 items (£242.25), stating they were not received at the warehouse.

I provided:

* The DHL drop-off receipt
* DHL tracking showing "returned to retailer"
* Evidence from the DHL ServicePoint system showing the return transaction recorded 2 receipts/parcels at drop-off

Despite this, I am still being told the items cannot be refunded.

I have now submitted a formal complaint and requested a warehouse investigation. I hope Under Armour will review the evidence properly and resolve the outstanding refund.

You won't be able to return if you buy…

You won't be able to return if you buy from them through
JD sports

1. The Issue: I ordered two items online from JD Sports. One item (an Under Armour product) did not fit my child.
2. Missing Return Label: The package arrived without an Under Armour return label. I attempted to generate one on the Under Armour website, but the system rejected my order number because the purchase was made through JD Sports.
3. Retailer Policy Conflict: I could not use the JD Sports online return portal because JD Sports explicitly states that items fulfilled by certain partner brands—including Under Armour—cannot be processed through the standard JD website.
4. The Retailer Loop:
o I visited the JD Sports store on Hounslow High Street. They refused the return and told me to contact Under Armour.
o I called Under Armour, and they instructed me to email them.
o I emailed Under Armour, and they told me to go back to the JD Sports store.
o I returned to the JD Sports store for a second time, and they refused the item again, telling me to contact Under Armour.
5. The Final Refusal: After multiple emails, both parties explicitly stated they would not accept the return, leaving me with no way to exercise my legal right to a refund.

Returning online purchases impossible

I received the item as expected, but there is definitely a problem when buying directly from them online:
the DHL (e-commerce) returns label is not accepted at the places they state on their site. I tried 5 different places using their online location finder. None accepted these returns.
I called UA customer services - I was told I can’t even pay the postage and return it to them directly.
How can this be legal?
Online info is incorrect and no way to return. Customer Service dreadful. Return Policy unworkable. Misleading or outdated information online about where the items can be returned to. Can’t pay and return directly to UA. Shocking experience all round.

Armour doesn’t mean durable

Bought one of their shirts only ran it through a rinse cycle, then today I wore it for about six hours when I noticed a piece of fuzz sticking off of it. After further inspect I see that it must’ve snagged on something while I was driving or folding laundry or making bread.
I think having the name armor in their name is very misleading because it’s far from being anything durable.
Quite certain I will never purchase another product of there is the rest of my life or for my children either.

#1 Worst Customer Service, Six Years in a Row!

Under Armour's customer service is abysmal. Three times they sent my packages to the wrong address. And all three times, Under Amour's Customer "Service" Team intentionally acted all confused, even when I showed them pictures of the package being delivered to the wrong address; pictures were courtesy of the total clowns at UPS.

On all three occasions the customer service team made me wait days in hopes the package would miraculously show up, even after there was photographic evidence that it had been delivered incorrectly. Did the packages ever show up? Of course not. Then I had to contact customer service again where they once again wasted my time acting confused about the situation. Perhaps they thought a magical owl would swoop down and retrieve my packages and fly it over to me? I don't know. These people are insanely incompetent.

As for the products themselves: they are offbrand, no-name, Amazon-tier shoddy trash. The build quality is abysmal and has suffered immensely since the fake Trump "pandemic" of 2020/2021.

I'm done with these guys. I'm going to order from somewhere in Japan or maybe Europe that still understands how to make decent products, and delivery them to my address---as opposed to OTHER people's addresses.

Never ever!

Never ever!
Experience regarding Under Armour Latvia, so called customer service in particular. Customer service has a phone number. When you call, you reach answering machine that speaks Estonian. For the record: Latvian and Estonian are different languages. Customer service responds in clumsy Latvian, answers are prepared with AI. Clearly without knowing how to use AI. In addition: sending back costs more than sending anywhere in Europe.
Conclusion: it is highly advisable first organize customer service and returns that doesnt cost a fortune.
Wishing Under Armour receive the same service that the one they "provide".

Cheaper shoes are not what they used to…

Cheaper shoes are not what they used to be. I have bought a couple pair of UA shoes. A Charged Rogue 4 which wore out quickly in a few months then recently a Charged Assert 10 pair. Neither impressed me as a running shoe but more of a cheaper pair of casual shoes with not much to say about materials. I wouldn't buy them again. But I guess at $70 you can't buy a decent quality shoe anymore.
