Order didn't arrive on the delivery date provided by the tracking number. Found out the seller had uploaded the wrong tracking. The order arrived, which was two 27" Benq monitors. Boxes were open, with tape not sealed. The items delivered also didn't match the specifications I purchased. I ordered glossy screens, the delivered screens were matte. Items were listed as refurbished like new but they have signs of use with scuffs on the screens.

I'm in the process of trying to return the order but they have only supplied one DHL return label. I have two giant boxes, which I've explained requires two labels. Back Market responded:

"As both monitors are part of one order, please place them together in a single sturdy box, pack them securely, and use the DHL return label we already provided on that parcel."

I have since explained this is impossible, and also the drop-off shop will not accept such a giant, heavy box.

Do not use Back Market for large, bulky equipment and make sure you research the sellers they use for the item you want to buy to avoid issues!

I returned an Under Armour order through their official DHL returns process on 20/04/2026.

DHL tracking confirms the return was delivered back to the retailer on 23/04/2026. Under Armour refunded 5 items from the return but has refused to refund the remaining 3 items (£242.25), stating they were not received at the warehouse.

I provided:

* The DHL drop-off receipt
* DHL tracking showing "returned to retailer"
* Evidence from the DHL ServicePoint system showing the return transaction recorded 2 receipts/parcels at drop-off

Despite this, I am still being told the items cannot be refunded.

I have now submitted a formal complaint and requested a warehouse investigation. I hope Under Armour will review the evidence properly and resolve the outstanding refund.
