Bought iphone for my daughter who's happy and that's made me happy

Purchased 'excellent' condition iphone 15pro with 'flawless screen' but received a device with clear point impact damage to screen in a really obvious position. Offered a rapid exchange which was done as fast as possible over the Bank Holiday. Replaced device met the criteria ordered but disappointed that the first device supplied had not been checked. Poor quality system but final device as expected.

Purchase was fine, reasonable value, took a little longer because of Bank Holiday (not mentioned they don’t work public holidays). Trade in laughable, my iPhone SE 2022 was worth max £55. Declared small screen crack, about 2cn long which reduced the offer to £35.
Came back with an offer of £10 based on the SIM card holder being damaged and a sim would not work!!! Two options take it, or leave it and get your phone back!! No opportunity to ask for a revisit of the decision. Not sure how a quality product like apple would fit a sim drawer that has broken after 2 uses!!! Once to put in a sim when I bought it and once when I took it out to reuse in my new phone, where it works fine. But I cannot question our appeal, standard crap answers from “support”

Phone in excellent condition, price was good and delivery quick.

My phone stopped working after 2 months. I was disappointed with the lack of support in fixing it. The expectation that I needed to wipe the phone and send it to them and wait for them to decide to fix or refund left me in a very difficult situation just before a trip. I had to get a different phone. I am also still waiting for my trade in refund. Instead of putting the refund money on my credit card account they want my bank details. Not impressed with this company. Go to somewhere else for refurb

After purchasing an S25+ in dark blue in excellent condition, I received the device damaged quite badly around the screen/ button area, which they tried to disguise with a blue Sharpie pen that I noticed instantly as it was causing my fingers to stick slightly to the side of the phone. I took pictures for evidence of this as I cleaned off the ink with cotten ear buds. I sent the device back to only then receive another device in excellent condition which had scratches and chips in again but not only that, the device was from Dubai! So i couldn't register it in the UK Samsung themselves told me to send it back as they shouldn't of sold me a foreign device I couldn't register with Samsung in the UK. So off the device went again and I was told I would receive my replacement EU device as soon as they receive the foreign device back and instead of me getting the EU device I paid for... I was just refunded no effort to sort the issue out, because I called them out on selling foreign devices and damaged ones they claim are in excellent condition(they aren't) they spat their dummy out and refunded me because they couldn't do their actual job. Extremely disappointed with Backmarket!!!! and as for them offering me a 5% promo code off my next purchase well they must be on crack if they think I'll be wasting my time and money with them again just to be ripped off. As for your advert I'm a man of my word I should hope your the same, Valerie's life is now mine and everyone else you have ripped off.

This company is a scam. I bought a Iphone 15 pro Premium which promised no faultys and a brand new battery. Later the phone switched off after it fell down a little over 6 inches I went to Apple in order to get it fixed as I was moving out of the country. Turned out all these premium promises were nothing but a con The screen wasnt Apple neither was the brand new battery that they promised In fact it had loads of problems. I paid a lot of my hard earned money for this that I spent a lot of time earning as a child. This is simply a scam and I advise others to simply not buy refurbished phones from backmarket. This company is pathetic I expected more of you all. To all people out here who look for a phone that doesnt cost a lot just dont buy from here as you will be scammed.

Sent the wrong charging cable (a Lightning cable instead of USB C).
Didn't have the selected colour in stock of the quality selected, but this was only a minor issue.
Phone had it's name written in Arabic, so wasn't factory reset (and had a lot of updates to perform).
Otherwise, great.

Product looks brand new, keep delivery and cheap. The only 1 thing letting down was the package how is was wrapped up not boxed

The new phone i received was excellent but my trade in was so poor, I was informed that the trade in would be £151 then was told it would only be £29 . I understand that the tests they do but I didn't agree with the outcome because I never had an issues with my old phone.
