​I deeply regret selling my iPhone 16 Pro Max (512GB) through Refurbed. The device was in absolute pristine, flawless 'Exzellent' condition (Grade A) with 92% battery health, carefully documented with photos and videos right before shipping.

​Despite clear visual proof, their partner facility in Italy arbitrarily downgraded the phone to Grade C with false wear-and-tear claims and slashed their offer to €600. When I disputed it with full evidence, they simply ignored the proof and insisted on the lowball offer. Feeling exhausted and trapped by their bureaucratic process, I reluctantly accepted out of frustration.

​Apple offered €680 with zero hassle, and other platforms offered significantly better value without playing these unfair games. If you are planning to sell or trade in your electronics, stay away from Refurbed. Terrible customer support, unfair grading practices, and a complete waste of time and money. Never again!

Phone arrived well packaged

Very fast delivery and phone was as good as new. Would recommend to others.

I bought an Apple Watch off Refurbed.ie in June 2025. I wore it as normal and but got it wet accidentally in the shower. This invalidates the warranty, understandably, as this is a refurbed product. However, I wanted it to be repaired which I was happy to pay for and contacted Refurbed. I was sent an email saying that they are unable to do this and this led to a series of back and forth messages where they were making me get a report off a technician? I went to a technician who said it was never sealed properly and was not in an acceptable condition to resell. No technician is willing to write this in a report because of a dispute and not wanting to get involved. I would never buy off refurbed again and learned a lesson. Stay well away.

I bought a phone on refurbed recently and the condition was very good based on the ad; however, I received the phone in a disappointing or, I would say, upsetting condition. There was no screen protector, a nail mark on the screen, and deep scratches on the outer side of the screen, which does not match the description of very good condition based on the ad.

They made an offer for my iPhone 11, then when it arrived they retire the offer stating that the device was not in good condition, and that the Battery was only 74% (6 years old Phone). The state of the Phone was as described, and the battery was never mentioned anywhere in the assessment, this is not the way to behave. In addition they just sent it back without accepting a discussion. This is a scam, I only got the phone here because of the offer they had made, never again!

I purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro 14" M1 Pro (2021), 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, sold in "Good" condition, through Refurbed. It was delivered on October 21, 2026.

After approximately one week of normal use, I noticed that the screen lid was misaligned with the lower chassis, with a visible impact mark.

I contacted the seller, ISERWIS SP Z O.O., and provided everything they requested: several photos, the serial number and a video clearly showing the defect. I even had to reduce the video quality to comply with their file-size restrictions.

What makes this experience particularly infuriating is the way the seller handled my complaint.

They are essentially suggesting that I caused the damage myself after receiving the MacBook, without providing any evidence whatsoever. I absolutely did not damage this computer. I used it normally, and I am extremely unhappy about being treated as though I am responsible for a defect I did not cause.

I even tried to find a reasonable solution. I offered to have the MacBook inspected and repaired at an Apple Store or an Apple-authorised service centre, with the seller covering the costs upon presentation of an official quotation and invoice.

They refused, claiming that the repair would cost more than the value of the device.

To make matters worse, I am currently travelling and far away from home, so I cannot simply arrange an immediate return. I explained my situation and tried to find an alternative, but the seller showed no real willingness to accommodate me.

I bought through Refurbed expecting a reliable refurbished product and proper customer protection. Instead, I am left dealing with a defective product, a seller questioning my honesty without evidence, and no acceptable repair solution.

This is an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Refurbed should take responsibility for the quality of the experience provided by the sellers operating on its platform.

I would strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before purchasing, especially when it comes to after-sales support.
