Very disappointed – can’t even get an invoice I’m honestly shocked that a brand like Lululemon makes it so hard to get something as basic as an invoice. I shopped at the Regent Street store recen... See more

Let down by this store
I wanted to like this store, but too much went wrong along the way. What arrived did not feel like the same standard shown in the listing. Would only order again if things clearly improved.
Frustrating from start to finish
Not the smooth experience I was expecting when I placed this order. The item arrived with visible damage, which was disappointing given the price. I expected better and came away disappointed.
Quality is good, but pricing isn’t justifiable.
Overall, I do like the way their clothes fit, however for my wallet. Not so much, 126$ for shorts and 3 pairs of socks is ridiculous, however. Quality wise, I think they are great. They feel breathable, especially the shorts. I’ve not had any issues with what I’ve bought, and I’m quite satisfied. However, does this justify the price. No, not really. I think you’re better off buying someplace else, unless you’re into status. It’s just a waste of money.
Tags destroy clothing
The way lululemon attaches the product tags is unacceptable for a premium brand. The plastic fasteners are pushed directly through the visible waistband fabric, leaving permanent holes. Even after washing, the marks remain visible.
To make matters worse, I ordered the exact same shorts in another colour and they have the exact same holes. They are simply less noticeable because of the darker fabric. This clearly indicates that this is not an isolated defect, but a consequence of lululemon's current tagging method.
A premium garment should not be permanently marked before it even reaches the customer. The tags should be attached through a seam or an inner label instead of directly through the fabric. Until this is addressed, I cannot give a higher rating.
The worst ankle socks
The worst ankle socks! They constantly slide down to my heals! Annoying!
Tried to buy a lululemon egift card…
Tried to buy a lululemon egift card online and having lots of problems. Lululemon uses a third party application called CashStar and having a hard time trying to process the egift card thru this company.
Worst online customer service EVER
I dont think i have had any bad experiences with customer services even for the cheap brands. But lululemon that is a high end brand constantly surprises me. First time it took them 3 months to resolve my return issue. They wouldnt reply to my emails for weeks, and when they did it would be irrelevant. To the extend that i ended up driving to their store to solve the issue. Ive never seen anything like that with ANY brands ever. In comparison skims was a wonder to deal with just a few days ago and they responded and solved my issue immediately. Second time they wouldnt issue my return for 3 weeks after receiving the product back and since their customer service is unreachable and unreliable via email i was on hold with their chat for 2 hours. Why do i even need to contact anyone to beg for my money back when you received my order...And this is a brand for which we pay top dollar in comparison to other sports brands...shame on you
Lulu Quality guarantee joke!
These items are getting more expensive and the quality is getting cheaper by the day. Their quality promise guarantee is a joke. If you purchase something and it falls apart, they will only refund you what you paid for it even if you used your once a year 25% discount. They will not honor a replacement item with a price match guarantee, you get to pay extra for their poor quality. There is no exchanges either. Just a gift card for purchase price, which is fine if you pay full price. Take your business elsewhere. Athleta has a much better policy and their quality lasts longer.
I bought a pair of wide leg lounge…
I bought a pair of wide leg lounge pants and the first time wear the material balled up on the back side. $98 and this is what the material does after one time of wear. Their buyers really need to look at the material and how it wears. So very disappointed.
Annoyed old woman who doesn’t need Lululemon to educate her about small gloves
Yesterday, I received a pair of gloves as a gift. I took the price tag off in order to try them on but they were too small. I read the Lululemon returns policy which said that in order to exchange the item I should go into a store. I phoned the store and was told that I could exchange them for a larger size as long as I had proof of purchase date. I got the receipt from my daughter (bought in store 7 days before). I made a special trip into town (Lululemon doesn’t have stores in my neck of the woods and at $79 for a pair of gloves I can see why!). I was told that because the tags had been removed they couldn’t do the exchange. (Just the paper tags had been taken off, nothing else). I have to email the Guest Education Centre for advice and remedy. Guest Education Centre how patronising! But at least it’s probably a more honest name than service. And in the bounce back email to the GEC I was told that lots of people are trying to contact them and I’ll have to wait up to three days for them to get back to me and that in order to maintain my place in the queue I shouldn’t email a follow up. So I’m going to every review site I can find to complain about them. Lululemon - Beware angry old ripped off lady with too much time on her cold hands!!
Great quality clothing
Lovely quality stuff, free delivery and returns and their customer service has always been great when I’ve needed assistance.
Wouldn’t wear anything else for yoga classes
Don’t buy their boxers!
Don’t buy their boxers!! The quality is not anywhere near worth the price! I bought a 5 pack of Always In Motion boxers and after only 6 months one of the pairs ripped when I was taking them off. I was a little sweaty and the material stuck to my skin, but this is a sportswear brand where the product quality is subpar. I have been in contact with Lululemon and they are unwilling to replace or refund the damaged product as it is not seen as a fault in the product. Don’t buy these boxers!! The quality is not anywhere near worth the price!
No exchange policy on sales
I have purchased a lot from lululemon over the years and love the quality. My items have lasted many years with a lot of use in the gym. The reason for my 3 stars is simply their policy of not being able to even exchange an item that is purchased in the sale. I think this is unreasonable. I was buying for my husband so they should really at least offer an exchange for gifts. A shame. So they lost out on my money today.
Tried to use my gift card and it has a zero balance
I received a gift card for my graduation and tried to use it online and it shows zero dollars. I contacted Lulu headquarters and they said it’s not their problem. My sister spent $100 on this and now we have nothing to show for it. I asked them to show me what was purchased and they said they can’t help me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!!
Delivery is super slow (10-15 days)
Delivery is super slow (10-15 days).
Gift cards are scam ( not working). Customer support is worthless. It was last purchase from them.
Love crew t-shirt
Love crew t-shirt. I bought 2 sweaters, one navy blue and the other Green. As son as I received them, I tried them and love them. That same evening, I weared the Green first, for one hour. While eating a bite of Greek salad, a tiny peace of tomato fell onto the sweater. I immediately took of the sweater to clean the stain. After placing it on my table, I used mild soap and water to clean the stain, then hung it on a hanger to dry. As I liked the style and the fit, in the evening, I bought 2 more, 1 black and 1 white. The next morning, I realized that the stain had not disappeared but, it was appearing on the Back of the sweater. In addition, water stains had appeared. So I put the sweater in my washing machine with a very mild detergent and cold water, délicate cycle. Put back on a hanger to dry for the day. Once again, the next day, I noticed that the stains where still there. So I wrote to Lululemon customer service and included photos showing the stains on the sweater. The response was : Lululemon’s warranty d’œstrus not cover accidents. Although it is advised not to dry clean, I took it to a Daoust specialist. The owner’s comment was that the problem was due to the POOR QUALITY OF THE FABRIC. For a cost of 11$, the stain Where gone. The owner also mentioned that it was possible that sweat stains might appear with water or under armpits. It’s frustrating Because I paid 110$ for the 2 sweaters. I than decided to chancel my ordre for the 2 others sweaters When they Where delivered. I wrote a second Time to Lululemon. Theia response: no, nothing can be done. Furthermore, When I received my sweaters, the black one already had discoloration marks on the front and back. The color wasn’t uniform. I Even had the impressionnant that I received a sweater that had been sent upside down. I also took additionnel photos. I used to be a regular Lululemon customer, but I assure that’ s over now.
Hopeless delivery, terrible customer service.
Ordered some socks on June 3rd, still waiting for them to arrive. Had a notification on 9th June that my order was out for delivery, but it never arrived. Lululemon use GLS, the cheapest and worst delivery company in the world (just look at their Trustpilot score) and they keep sending it back to their depot because the driver had too many parcels to deliver. I contacted Lululemon but they were no help whatever, insisted I had to wait until today, then they would initiate a "trace" on the parcel which would take an extra 5 working days. They refused to refund me and said the would "work towards a resolution" when their trace was complete and I would just have to wait. I ordered similar socks on a better known online platform yesterday, they will be delivered today. I should never have gone to Lululemon and I will never shop with them again.
Not enough sizes
Decently good experience, I love the clothes and the staff is nice. I wish there were more sizes available!
What an insane horrific ordeal
What an insane horrific ordeal. I have been trying to place an order online. First order went through. The second order they blocked. Took the $950 out of my account. Then cancelled the order. Blocked my payment methods and sent me to escalation teams. Took over 10 days to get the money back and the escalation teams take 1-4 business days to get back. I’m on day 12 with this issue still on going. Calling their customer service is useless. I’ve never heard of such a crazy thing. If I could give this no stars, I would.
Missing Package, Zero Accountability
I’ve been a loyal Lululemon customer for years, which makes this situation even more frustrating.
A package marked as delivered never actually arrived. I followed the proper process, submitted the claim immediately, and expected at minimum a reasonable investigation or some level of customer support. Instead, I’ve spent more time chasing updates than the order was worth.
What’s most disappointing is not even the lost package — it’s the response. For a premium brand that markets community and customer experience so heavily, the lack of accountability here has honestly changed how I view the company.
I’m training for HYROX NYC and specifically ordered gear for the event. At this point, I’ve accepted the package may never show up. What I can’t accept is how difficult it has been to get a real person to take ownership of the issue.
If customer service matters to you after the sale, this is worth considering before ordering online.
