The shoes look nice, but the sizing is completely off compared to my other pairs. Delivery also took a week longer than the estimate. Returning them.

I purchased a pair of Nike Monarch from a local uk retailer sports direct. I bought them for Look, comfort, Brand Loyalty and price.
However after two weeks the right shoe developed an audible squeak. I tried returning to sports direct who said they wouldn't replace? Needing those shoes for an outfit i bought another pair. Again two weeks later the same thing happened???i contacted Nike who said its not a manufacturing issue and would not help? There is clearly a manufacturing issue and im gutted having now got two useless pairs of the same shoe

Disappointing Experience Overall
The product didn’t match the description at all; I expected something more durable. Plus, it arrived a bit late, which was frustrating. I appreciate the efforts made by the team, but I was really let down. I might consider other options next time if things don't improve.
Nike’s warranty process is absolutely terrible.
My shoes developed a fault, and instead of asking me to send them in for inspection, Nike rejected my claim based solely on photographs. Their response admits they cannot determine whether the fault is due to a manufacturing defect, yet they still refused the claim without ever examining the shoes.
What’s the point of offering a warranty if you’re not willing to inspect the product before rejecting a claim?
The whole process feels designed to make customers give up rather than properly investigate faults. For a global brand like Nike, the customer service is shockingly poor and the warranty process is a complete disappointment.
I won’t be buying Nike again unless they review how they treat genuine warranty claims.
This was one of my more frustrating…Expected more for the price
This was one of my more frustrating online shopping experiences recently. There were unexpected charges at checkout that weren't clearly explained upfront. It took several emails before I got a useful response from support. Overall the experience felt disorganised from checkout through to delivery. The packaging was inadequate and the contents shifted around in transit. Would only order again if things clearly improved.
one star is too generous
one star is too generous. Following a non delivery due to damage, I was told a refund would be given within 14 days and to reorder myself! Item was for my sons birthday so completely missed it. Offered gesture of goodwill discount which only works on certain items, not the one i ordered. I thought Nike was a reputable brand?! Appalling customer service, can't resolve a simple situation.
Thieving little cretins
I ordered shoes from Nike, they were delivered by DPD while I was out and left on the doorstep and stolen. I contacted Nike who said they were not at fault so could not refund me. They then raised a claim with DPD and got compensation for the lost shoes but are refusing to pass that compensation to me. I have paid for shoes I don't have, DPD have paid them compensation too. I am furious but there is nothing I can do. Never buying another nike product again!
They've moved customer service to…
They've moved customer service to Egypt. No option to speka to a manager. Was told to go Oxford for help when they meant Oxford Street. Staff are unhelpful, whilst they can speak English it doesn't mean they understand what you need. Very disappointed. Won't be shopping there again. The whole experience has take over 2 months with no solution and now £100 down. 👍
Absolutely appalling company
Absolutely appalling company. I ordered a pair of black and white trainers in size 5 but was sent a green pair of trainers in size 6. I contacted their customer service and was advised to send back the trainers for a refund. I did exactly what they said using their approved inpost service and the QR code which I was issued. 5 days later they said I did not send the Nike trainers even though I sent them a receipt as proof. They just stated that they cannot assist and will not be issuing a refund. I am absolutely disgusted by this.
I never thought I'd be writing a review…
I never thought I'd be writing a review like this because I've been a Nike customer for most of my life. I've owned multiple pairs of Nike basketball and athletic shoes over the years, and I've always believed I was paying more because of the quality and the company's reputation.
In October 2025, at 19 years old, I spent $235 CAD on a pair of Air Max Plus shoes. That isn't a small purchase for me. I work hard for my money, and I bought them specifically for walking, expecting them to last. Instead, the sole has started separating because the glue has failed. For a premium-priced shoe that's covered by a two-year warranty, I expected much better.
What disappointed me even more than the shoes themselves was how Nike handled the situation.
I spent hours on hold trying to speak with customer service, only to be told to ship the shoes to Nike headquarters for assessment. I paid out of pocket to send them in, then had to pay again to have them shipped back after Nike concluded the issue was "not the result of manufacturing or design." Apparently, a sole separating from the shoe after normal walking doesn't qualify.
That explanation is incredibly difficult to understand. If the adhesive holding the sole to the shoe fails during normal use, what exactly does the warranty cover?
The experience left me feeling like my loyalty as a customer didn't matter. I've supported Nike for years because I believed in the brand, but when I needed that support returned, I was met with long wait times, extra costs, and a disappointing refusal to stand behind a product that simply didn't hold up.
It's hard not to feel that everyday customers come second. Nike invests heavily in high-profile athletes and celebrity endorsements, yet someone who has faithfully bought their products for years struggles to get help with what seems like a legitimate warranty concern.
This wasn't just about a pair of shoes. It was about trust. I expected a company with Nike's reputation to stand behind a $235 product. Instead, I was left with a defective pair of shoes, additional shipping costs, and the feeling that customer loyalty only matters until something goes wrong.
I'm not looking for special treatment, I'm simply asking Nike to stand behind a premium product that failed under normal use. I hope someone at Nike takes the time to review my case again and restore the confidence I've had in this brand for years.
After years of choosing Nike, this experience has genuinely made me decide to never buy another pair. That's something I never thought I'd say.
The worst you can think of
The worst you can think of, their customer service is bad and can't help you with anything
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, don’t deliver the order, and you have to keep chasing, getting fobbed off - will never order from Nike again.

Today I woke up specifically at 8 am to wait after I favorited the jacket I liked 10 days ago and separately pressed the notification button. I immediately pressed buy it and the entire collection with all the numbers was already gone, which is impossible. Why does Nike lie to its customers through the SNKRS App?The jacket is MEN’s Anthem Jacket silver one L size
I ordered a Jordan T-shirt
I ordered a Jordan T-shirt, and it arrived faded. I returned it as a defective product, but my claim was rejected because you said I had worn or washed it, which is simply not true.
This is terrible customer service and extremely poor product quality. What is even more disappointing is that customers cannot leave product reviews on either the app or the website, so other buyers have no way of knowing about experiences like mine.
The only response I receive is, “Tell us and we will pass your feedback on to the team.” I don’t want to tell your team—I want to warn other customers so they can make an informed decision before buying.

Bought pair football boots for my daughters pre season they were delivered to the door step whilst in work. Obviously when I get home they are gone it’s 8 day now and iam just going around in circles! Being passed from pillar to post. Please avoid if you have a problem they don’t give a toss. Will be getting charge back soon through bank!!!
The worst customer service in the world
I ordered a pair of basketball shoes on the Nike website. They told me they would arrive on Thursday. Today is Sunday. What's their story? Your package got lost and they can't find it. So what's the problem with ordering another thing? There's only one pair in all of Nike's warehouses. Their customer service is the most horrible thing I've ever seen in my life. You talk to the Philippines. You talk to Mexico. You talk to India. You don't understand a word they say to you. They recite it as if someone is dictating it to them. The customer service is horrible. If you don't need to buy on the website, don't buy. It's a punishment that isn't written anywhere, and you've been warned. It's a shame for your health.
I would also give 0 stars if possible
I would also give 0 stars if possible. I bought some trainers from sports direct that are faulty. They refused to refund or replace outside of the 30 day guarantee. Even though this doesn’t apply to faulty goods. They told me I had to get in touch with Nike who washed their hands of the faulty product saying that sports direct aren’t authorised resellers so they don’t know where their stock has been purchased from so can’t help as they may not be genuine. The Nike Pegasus premium trainers lasted less than 3 months with only occasional wear.
