Sizing is all over the place — ordered the same size from three different brands on here and got three different fits. Photos are also taken on very slim models so you don't get a realistic sense of how something actually sits. Returns are easy which is the only reason I still bother.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unfair Account Closure, False Accusations and Complete Lack of Customer Support
I have been a customer of ASOS for some time, and I am genuinely disgusted with the way I have been treated following the sudden closure of my account.
ASOS have closed my account on the grounds that they suspect I have falsely obtained refunds. This is an extremely serious accusation, and one that I completely deny. Yes, I have made a number of returns, but that is precisely what their returns policy allows customers to do. I have never knowingly made a false refund claim, misrepresented a return or attempted to obtain money dishonestly.
What is even more concerning is the complete lack of transparency and the dismissive way this situation has been handled. My account has been shut down without a proper explanation, without being given the opportunity to understand what evidence they believe supports these allegations, and without any meaningful opportunity to provide my own evidence or challenge their decision.
Despite repeatedly trying to resolve this matter, ASOS seem completely unwilling to engage with me. They will not arrange for anyone to contact me, will not allow me to speak to someone who can properly investigate the situation, and have provided no meaningful opportunity for me to defend myself against these accusations. I cannot even get someone to discuss the allegations with me or explain what I have supposedly done wrong. Instead, I am simply being dismissed and left with nowhere to turn. It is incredibly frustrating to be accused of something so serious but then denied the basic opportunity to challenge those accusations.
To make matters worse, I had already generated legitimate return QR codes for three orders shortly before my account was closed. I was subsequently told that I would need to return these items using my own method, despite already having the original QR codes and tracking information. This has created further unnecessary confusion and uncertainty over whether my returns will even be processed correctly.
I find it completely unacceptable that a company can make such serious allegations against a paying customer, close their account and then seemingly refuse to communicate with them or allow them to defend themselves.
I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for basic fairness, accountability and customer service and why I am not being given a reasonable opportunity to respond and provide evidence of my own.
This experience has completely changed my opinion of ASOS. The account closure itself is disappointing, but the way they have subsequently treated me is even worse. Being accused, ignored and denied any meaningful route to challenge a decision is not how a reputable retailer should treat its customers.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering shopping with ASOS to be aware of how difficult it can apparently be to get a fair hearing when something goes wrong.

Disappointed is an understatement
I have genuinely enjoyed shopping with ASOS and have always liked the shop, which makes this experience particularly disappointing.
I placed an order that was being delivered by Evri. The tracking showed that my parcel was out for delivery on Monday 2 November, with an estimated delivery window of 1pm–2pm. However, the parcel never arrived.
By Wednesday 4 November, the tracking information was still showing the original delivery date, with no meaningful updates or explanation.
I contacted customer service, hoping for some assistance, but instead found myself going back and forth on live chat. I was repeatedly told to wait until 10pm on 4 November before they could process a refund. Yet nowhere on my tracking information did it state that 4 November was a delivery date, let alone that delivery could take place as late as 10pm.
What I found most frustrating was the lack of clear communication, the absence of a straightforward way to contact customer service and the feeling that I was being passed back and forth rather than helped.
I understand that delivery delays can happen, and I appreciate that ASOS uses third-party couriers. However, customer service and taking responsibility when things go wrong matter just as much as the shopping experience itself.
I liked ASOS and enjoyed shopping there, but this time I am genuinely disappointed. It shouldn't take this much effort for a customer to receive an order or obtain a refund for something that has not been delivered.
Sadly, this experience has made me reconsider shopping with ASOS in the future.
Customer service is non existent
Customer service is non existent, awful service, pay for next day delivery and nearly a week later item not delivered. Tracking hasn't updated at all and trying to tell me to wait til 10pm just incase its delivered is ridiculous, you can clearly see it hasn't moved through royal mail's system!!! I want the item that ive paid for.
Stop running ads with out of stock products
Can you please not put on your social media add the thibgs that not exist in your site!! What a lame move! Where can i make an official complaint so hopefully they can FINE you hundreds of dollars!!
Rude
Customer service was so bad! The guy was soooooooo rude. My birthday code wouldn’t work and he was saying I should have told them earlier. I explained I was on holiday and he said well you still could have contacted us or placed an order hahaha. Couldn’t believe how rude he was so I left the chat and haven’t placed an order since. I’m a premier customer but currently on strike. How rude

Got told to return my trainers because the heal had worn prematurely (well known issue) then had my return rejected because the trainer had been worn. Ofcourse it has been worn, I explained this in detail before sending. Its like they didnt even read the return just hit decline.
Complete disregard of my time.
Scam as a business principle
The seller is making a business out of scamming consumers out of their returns. I have lost north of 200 pounds through this behavior. Terrible company, wish I could give 0 stars.

I pay for Premium delivery to get the order next day, its either coming 3 days late or not at all and i have to chase for a refund. I asked for a refund for the Premium charge since they do not provide the service and customer care Jordine, says no because im not in cooling off period. Horrible customer service and services.

Order No.: 1073862811
I ordered a England 2026 football shirt. It arrived today and when I opened it, it had no original tags, was dirty and had clearly been worn ( in my opinion).
I tried to complain, but it's all by text chat. I started the chat at 10.06am and ended it at 10.40 as I was getting nowhere, just going round and round. Very poor experience. I doubt that they will progress my complaint as I requested the relevant person to contact me via my email to progress. I will take this up with the relevant ombudsman. Their customer service is only contactable via a chat service, clearly designed to make complaints too long and difficult ( my opinion).
Like throwing your money into a fire.
They use relay. That's all you need to know. Your next day delivery will take a week. If you like getting your parcels lost use asos. If you like waiting a week for something you've ordered next day delivery use asos. If you like chatting to an AI bot that's useless use asos 👍 if you like customer support that can't actually help you or do anything use asos.

Very disappointing customer service experience. I was unable to initiate my return within the 28-day period due to login issues, yet ASOS refused to offer any flexibility or alternative solution. My concerns were repeatedly dismissed with references to internal policies, with no possibility of escalation or filing a formal complaint. Extremely frustrating and not customer-oriented at all.
Worst website!
Returned an item and total cost was $89 only had $39 refunded and balance was meant to go back into an asos voucher as original payment was through voucher of$50.
Escalated to different team members but no one coild resolve a simple refund!
Horrible service! Horrible webiste! Bloody cheats!

I ordered over 270.00 of goods for my sons birthday, we had to return 3 shirts and requested smaller sizes. When yhe replacement t shirts arrived only 1 was in the package! It appears to have been opened! Now 3 weeks later god knows how many times we've been on their website to complain no meaningless responses and promises to resolve this issue.
They have taken my money and now don't care what has happened to my order.
This is possibly the worst example of disgusting customer service I have ever encountered.
My advice is avoid ASOS at all costs
ASOS used to be a great company with…
I’ve been a loyal ASOS customer for years, but this experience has unfortunately changed my view of them. I missed the deadline to drop off my return with DHL by just one day. The email said 2/11, so I naturally thought I had until that date, but apparently the deadline was one day before then. I contacted customer service hoping they could make a small exception, but they were unwilling to help. It’s really disappointing, especially after being a customer for many years. I would have expected a little more understanding and flexibility. I won’t be shopping with ASOS again.
Unhelpful Customer Services with Missing Parcrels.
I have spent a fortune on ASOS recently and have had some really bad experiences. Whenever they send me anything using Evri - those parcels go missing and ASOS make you hold on for almost 2 weeks after the delivery date to ask for your money back. I think that is ridiculous, especially when it involves multiple parcels. I seem to spend most of my days now trying to get through to customer services to ask for refunds. It is so time consuming and frustrating. I have read loads of other reviews with others facing the same problem. Their Customer Services just don't care whatsoever. They just blame Evri - surely they would stop using them if they are this bad? I am going to stop ordering from ASOS because of this.
