Shocking drop in quality and customer care
I used to think of Next as a decent outfit that take quality and customer experience seriously but I've been thoroughly disappointed with them and will definitely look elsewhere for my high value items in the future.
I ordered custom curtains and paid hundreds of pounds for them. Almost a month later they sent the completely wrong order. Took ages for a back and forth with them (not easy to get through to them with all the automated systems) and they handled it very poorly. The refund is nowhere near decent for the inconvenience and their support staff was pretty arrogant and unhelpful. Two months after my initial order the ones I actually chose eventually came, but the quality is appalling for the price I paid. Even with the refund it's not worth the money.
I might buy soap dishes and photo frames from you in the future but will certainly avoid like the plague for anything high-value as you definitely don't seem to care anymore. Massive disappointment.

Returns service is awful despite having…
Returns service is awful despite having to pay for it…. You no longer get paper receipts from Evri, and you’re lucky if they scan it so you get a confirmed email to say they’ve received your return. I’ve had a few instances where my return has not made it back, and I’ve had to provide the item numbers sent back separately for them to update my account. I expect better when I’m paying extra to use the return service as I cannot get to a store or drop off location.

Deteriorating service

Went to Cardiff on holiday and as I was just pacing around town I saw the Next shop😎 I didnt know there was a massive sale there- got all excited haha, Got 4 fragrance mists just for £36🤭😃😃😃- I couldn't believe it such that I had to ask the lovely lady by the till if I was thinking straight lol. Got the platinum, covered in roses, touch of gold and gorgeous gingham. Platinum and covered in roses matches so well with the perfumes I have 🥰 this girl right here is happy😊😊😊😊

Absolutely diabolical customer service
Absolutely diabolical customer service. Conflicting information from every email, telephone and online chat exchange. None of them understand how a Next account works. I would give them no stars if this was possible. Agonising conversations with Next customer service, such a painful experience that still isn’t resolved.
