The fabric is thick and heavy / Return option gives you a “give up”
The fabric is thick and heavy, it’s almost impossible to send it back (still waiting), the returns procedure even has a “give up” button !
You have to send an e mail and wait for Halara to contact you to hopefully return and you pay to return it.
The clothes look lightweight but they are not.
When you try to fill in return it tells you you need to read full terms and conditions but you can’t, it locks out with error code 404 with no option to continue.
Not a good experience.

Short pants
The pants are fine but ordering was misleading. I thought that I was ordering talls but when you go above a 16, they switch to regulars. I didn’t figure that out until I received the jeans and they are too short. I went back through the ordering process and figured it out. I wish I had been faster on the uptake.
