I received the item as expected, but there is definitely a problem when buying directly from them online:
the DHL (e-commerce) returns label is not accepted at the places they state on their site. I tried 5 different places using their online location finder. None accepted these returns.
I called UA customer services - I was told I can’t even pay the postage and return it to them directly.
How can this be legal?
Online info is incorrect and no way to return. Customer Service dreadful. Return Policy unworkable. Misleading or outdated information online about where the items can be returned to. Can’t pay and return directly to UA. Shocking experience all round.

I purchased a thumb brace, size S for my right hand. I received an extra small ski brace for my left hand.
My invoice shows 2 items the one I paid for plus this extra small item with no price attached. I alerted them to their error immediately thinking the second was a free gift. They sent me the free extra small but not the one I purchased. They refuse to accept ann error was made.
Clearly this is only my personal experience but I would not recommend this company. £21 for an item I did not order. I will buy another from Amazon now as trying to reason with their help desk is futile.
Update: following many emails the company has now replaced the order and asked that I update my review.

Product is fine but despite having changed my address with Bulk they continue to send to wrong address. I cannot contact them and the continue to send messages about redelivering to wrong address in spite of new owners sending it back to bulk as not at this address. Frustrating and disappointing

I purchased EAU de Parfum, over £100 , forever joy by Jean Patou. The bottle is the same as Joy and the package say parfum, but not the bottle. no matter how much of it I spray or how often I spray it in a day, the scent disappears in minutes. Big Disappointment. Would not recommend.
