Purchased a tineco unit on Walmart.com
Purchased a tineco unit on Walmart.com. Worked fine for a couple months. Quality began degrading, by month 4 the suction flexible suction tube was completed severed. We had no idea the plastic tore at every rotation of the spring inside.
Walmart is no help due to over 90 days. Couldn’t find phone support on Tineco, relegated to email. No resolve — they advised no refunds. “We can repair your unit”. This low quality thing? No thanks!
This is will be my last tineco. I’ve never had this trouble with Bissell or Shark when it comes to refund / replace or quality.

I LOVE this little machine!
I LOVE this little machine!! It has exceeded my expectations by far. I use it daily and it keeps the my floors cleaner than they have ever been. The convenience of ditching the mop and bucket has been a game changer for sure. I've raved about it to many friends and tell them they won't be disappointed..I haven't had to get a new brush or filter yet, hopefully I'll be able to find and get what I need when the time comes because not having one of these is no longer an option..😀

Absolutely terrible experience. This Tineco carpet cleaner worked ONE time. After that, it failed completely.
Because I no longer had the receipt, customer service offered very little help. I then took it in to see if it could be repaired and was told they couldn’t get the parts for it and that it wasn’t worth fixing.
For what these machines cost, they should last longer than a single use. Instead, I’m left with an expensive machine that is basically useless.
Poor quality, poor durability, poor parts availability, and disappointing customer service. I would never buy another Tineco product and would not recommend this brand to anyone.

Tineco GO H2O XL Complete is what we purchased. I have been so happy with it. We live on a farm and have dogs that bring in dirt. We used to use a mop and bucket but now with the GO H20 I'm not constantly having to change out my water. My floors have never looked better!

We bought the Tineco T1(A10-D improved) cordless vacuum after I used this very model at my sisters house and were very impressed with the power and suction and durability of the unit. We also were very impressed with how long the battery lasted. allowing a great deal of cleaning to be done all at once. Finally, the recovery time for the battery was very good and the adaptability of the various parts is fantastic!

I love my pure one S11 smart vacuum…
I love my pure one S11 smart vacuum cleaner. It picks up so much dirt that I didn’t know I had. I was using a different vacuum that was very heavy which I thought was doing a good job. Boy was I wrong. The first time I used my new Tineco product I couldn’t believe how much dirt came out of my carpets. I use it everyday at the end of the day to do the kitchen floor cause it’s easier than a broom and dust pan. Very satisfied so far.

Gave them a 2nd Chance and I am glad I did
I didn't have the best experience with the tineco combo mop and vacuum at first. Tineco demonstrated what I may have been doing incorrectly, repaired the machine and shipped it back with additional rollers and filters. I would definitely buy from them again. The warranty is great, the product works as intended and the customer service can't be beat.
