I’m really happy with the Tineco Wash & Dry overall. It’s lightweight, cordless and makes cleaning the floors so much easier by vacuuming and washing at the same time. The suction is great, and I’m particularly impressed with the improved edge-to-edge cleaning.

My only concern is durability. I’ve purchased two machines, and unfortunately, both developed issues. However, I have to give credit to Tineco’s excellent customer service. On both occasions, they handled the warranty claims professionally and replaced the machines with new ones.

Overall, it’s a fantastic and convenient cleaning tool, and the customer service has been excellent. I just hope the durability improves, as I really do love using it!

This vacuum has amazing suction power .
The light is very helpful in seeing all the dust bunnies and hair on my laminate floor .
Not having to hid down the power button to keep power is the best feature.

PURE ONE STATION 5 PRO This machine works well but time will tell. I have a Golden Retriever mix so the hair is always there. I have 2 issues. The 1st, the vacuum is too tall for a 5'1" person. It is uncomfortable to hold for extended periods of time which gives it a heavy feel. The 2nd, the vacuum will only go so far up under a bed or furniture. The battery compartment gets in the way of it lying flat to go all the way under something. These issues could be fixed with a shorter telescoping tube.

My Tineco Stretch S6 is hands down one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Its a complete game-changer handling both vacuuming and washing at the same time, and my floors have never been cleaner! I especially appreciate how the machine is self-propelled, making it significantly less work to clean the floors.

Very disappointing quality and repair support

I’ve purchased four Tineco floor cleaners over time, and not one has lasted more than about two years. I’ve sent machines in for repairs, but once the two-year warranty expired, I was told they would no longer repair them—even when I offered to pay.

At that price, I expected it to last longer, or at least have the option of paying for repairs.

After four purchases, I cannot recommend this brand. Expensive machines with such a short lifespan are a huge disappointment. Buyers beware—I would not buy Tineco again.

We have 2 older A11 vacuums that we absolutely love. The battery lasts a long time, the suction is great, lightweight, easy to maneuver, easy to empty. I dropped one while emptying it and snapped off the door to the collection dustbin. I emailed Tineco and they were super helpful. They instructed me where to look for the model number and sent me a link for a new dust bin (that was very reasonably priced). I paid and it was promptly mailed to me. The customer service was great as well as their communications (phone, emails). Great product, great company!

As far as the Vacuum goes, I've used Dyson and Shark prior to purchasing the Tineco Pure One Station 5 Pro. This is by far the easiest to clean and use. There's nothing I find negative about this product. Actually enjoy vacuuming now.

It wants you to replace the hepa filter every year but the part isn’t available on their site or anywhere I can find. Also, battery life is very poor. Worked well for a year then just be ready to throw it away.

I bought a Tineco GO H2O HammerHead MessDetect Ultra at Costco this summer. I need replacement roller brushes and couldn’t find them anywhere. I reached out to Tineco, they told me that the parts are out of stock online, but they could special order them for me. I paid for the parts on Aug 31 and have yet to receive them. So I now have a useless $250 new machine. So disappointed

I'm very happy with my Tineco iFloor 5 Breeze! It's convenient, easy to use, and makes everyday floor cleaning much simpler.

What I like most is that it can vacuum and wash the floor at the same time, saving me a lot of time and effort. The design is user-friendly, and the self-cleaning feature makes maintenance much easier.

I bought this for my wife and she could not be happier. The only complaint she has is it is a pain to clean the machine but she says it is worth it for how well it cleans the floors.

I received this tineco as a gift and it done good at first but started making a weird sound. Last night after I had took apart and was cleaning the roller and other parts as always do the machine randomly turned on and wouldn’t turn back off no matter what I done. I had to let it run dead. It was giving off a smoke smell like it may catch fire. So I set outside afraid it make catch fire during the night. I emailed tineco immediately and provided serial number, etc as prompted but seems I’m getting no where with them in ot being replaced. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND

It is our second TIneco cordless. First one lasted a long time and was very efficient. When we replaced it, the one we got seemed to have weaker suction. I reached out to the company and they very quickly gave me instructions on how to clean it and troubleshoot the issue. When there was no improvement in the performance of the vacuum, they requested a video to show how it was working. Once I sent the video, they replied that they were sending me a new motor unit. I received it very quickly and it works very very well. The overall experience was very satisfying despite the original vacuum being a dud. Customer service is truly top-notch!

My partner and I have been using the Tineco GO H2O HammerHead Vacuum that we purchased from Costco since March 2026. It’s great at detecting hardwood/tile versus carpet and auto-adjusts its settings based on that. However, no matter how much we deep clean the vacuum before and after use, it continues to have an odor present to it that we haven’t been able to get rid of. Not sure that we love this device, but it does the job.

Overall, a great experience! The vacuum is lightweight, easy to use, and works well on both carpet and hard floors. I also love the variety of attachments and the convenience of the cordless design, which makes cleaning quick. Highly recommend!

So first off I bought this vacuum on Amazon a while back. Immediately I had an issue with the wheels, after about 5 emails and 4 videos they finally agreed to replace that piece. It only took about 3 weeks to get the replacement.

Then not too long later I started having an issue with the machine turning off after about 15-30 seconds of running. I wrote them again, this time they wanted me to jump through hoops, asking for 5-10 videos of the issues so they could try to troubleshoot it for me. After about a dozen emails, I finally just gave up and figured it was a lost cause. I barely used the vacuum anyway at that time. Then mobility issues started so having a wireless lighter vacuum was really handy, so I tried using it again a while later. The issue that I had before had gotten much worse even though I had not been using it at all. I wrote them again, however this time I was out of warranty. After about 15-20 emails they finally agreed to give me an refurbished model, but only if I sent the other one back first. I finally got to send it back and it took another I believe 2-3 weeks to get the refurbished model. Low and behold it was finally here, looked brand new even though I knew it wasn't, I try to turn it on and nothing even though it shows it is charged. So I plug it in wait an hour and then try to turn it on again and it starts for about 5 seconds before turning off. I send 3 videos and a long message about how this is unacceptable and at first they asked for even more videos, then eventually they just offered to send another refurbished model stating they were out of stock of any brand new ones. I go to their website and bam they are a bunch of liars, all of the vacuums are clearly in stock even the one they were trying to replace.

Not only does this company make a much worse product than Dyson or Shark, but they already subpar product will not last as long. I have a corded Dyson I have had for over 10 years and they still will answer my emails and send me anything if there is a problem. All in all I would suggest never purchasing a single thing from Tineco, their products are trash and their customer service is garbage. Stick to the main brands, trust me their customer service is top tier, Tineco is in the bottom 5 of customer service I have ever seen.

So far, my Tineco Go Hammerhead vacuum has been a staple for cleaning my house.

It was very easy to register the warranty and overall, I am very happy with the product and the company itself.
