Not for cats bigger than 15 pounds
They claim there model SC09 is for cats up to 30 pounds which is not true my cat was 16 pounds and the cat has to step out to cover feces, and is to high to get in and out, As a Veterinary Technician with over 35 years of experience , I understand cat behavior and know when they dont feel comfortable with a small space, they claim 90 day free trial? Nothing was free, they basically told me , When I told them my cat doesnt fit, that Im responsible for paying for the return ,go to facebook market place and search this litterbox so you can see all the victims of this scam who are trying to now sell their litterbox

I rescue cats in my town I have 31
I rescue cats in my town; your litterbox has been a game changer for me and my cats! I even purchased two different brands they sucked! Neither could handle the workload. I have 31 cats and 10 of your boxes now. They are functioning well and every cat uses them except one (but he’s always been difficult- he was abandoned and neglected) he only has 1 eye. He never used the regular box either. I digress- thank you I hope they last a few years!

I order bag refills for my Meowant cat litter. I was told it was out of stock and would take 10 to 20 days before they would be in stock. It has been over 30 days and I have not received the order. Poor customer service.

this is my third meowant litter pan
This is my third pan. I have an SC01 and and SC02 and added a third SC02. I have been very please with the pans but I will say the SC0 2 is a bit easier to deep clean when needed and my cats seems top prefer the more open design. Both models work well.

I received the cat box very promptly
I received the cat box very promptly. I have 4 cats, 5 cat boxes, and within 2 days they are only using the one. I have ordered another and my life is so nice. No getting up and scooping cat litter first thing in the morning!!
