Amazing changed my life!!
I already have the Tineco pet 5 vacuum and decided to get the tineco go mini pet and it has changed my life! It is portable so you can vacuum literally anything. I use it for my couches and my car to get all the dog hair and any mess my kids make. It has made my life so much easier it really is amazing.

Very pleased with product

I purchased a floor one series 5 pro 2…
I purchased a floor one series 5 pro 2 about 2 1/2 years ago for almost $500 The machine worked great until one week ago. I started an email for help with my problem about water tank empty but it was filled.
Response to my emails were very very slow.
Was told I could get a repair for 150 or 10% new purchase or maybe more. It was out of warranty.
So I decided to purchase a new one. Ask for suggestions hours and hours or maybe a day. Finally got a list. Pick one from Amazon and was told no discount. I would get a part. Big deal
Customer service was NOT helpful at all with my problems. I will not recommend this product to anyone.
As machine that cost so much money. Should last longer and better help when needed.
Do not buy.
Update. 10/23. Still not getting help. Getting replys to my emails in the middle of the night. I guess they are in another country.
Customer service is horrible.
As for this trust pilot. How do I reply to Tinecos reply????

Purchased an expensive hoover and tried…
Purchased an expensive hoover and tried to contact support as battery isn’t holding its charge.
No response at all, not sure what route to take but so far customer service has been non-existent.
Their support portal is horrendous and just defaults to a form which nobody responds to.
First experience with Tineco and so far it’s been terrible.

I've only used it twice but so far so good. It's surprising how dirty the water gets from washing a seemingly clean floor. The machine is easy to use, has a decent run time and feel s solid. More uses and time will tell.

Best purchase I’ve ever made! I purchased the Hammerhead H2O mop/vac and it makes my life so much easier! I have 2 under 2, so being able to vacuum and mop the floors every day was not feasible, but with the 2 in 1, I quickly go through every room in the house. My floors have never been so clean!

Excellent vacuum
I want though three vacuums before trying out the Tineco brand (recommended in a FB group) and I love it even more than my old Dyson. It's lightweight, picks up everything, and the battery lasts a long time. The customer service is absolutely top notch as well. I've recommended this brand to several people.

Bought a litevak hard floor cleaner absolutely love it! Some of the features like getting close to the baseboards to clean, the smell of the solution is not overpowering and cleans great, cleaning the machine is easy with a push of the button it self cleans itself and rollers. Also comes with a plastic tray to set the machine on. Totally recommend this hard floor cleaner.

I have the Tineco Pure ONE Station 5 Pro Smart Cordless Vacuum and absolutely love it! The light that reveals all the dirt, dander, hair, etc., is crazy good and at the same time disgusted me the first time using it. 🫣only because I never realized how much we can't see with just our eyes alone. The upholstery piece is definitely a better size than my other vacuums and I love the self cleaning base once you're finished vacuuming. This vacuum is powerful at all the suction options and a game changer for living with my australian shepherd, kitty, and two beagles! 🐾🤎

I bought this as a backup to my central vac system
I bought the cordless Lite Vak as a backup for my central vac system. Something that would be easier for a quick cleanup without having to drag out the big hose and attachments. I am extremely impressed with quality of construction. It was an inexpensive but a solid well built unit that weighs less than 5 pounds. The suction isn't anywhere near the central vac, but adequate for floors and rugs. The battery goes for almost an hour before it needs to be charged. It does take a few hours to recharge though. The beater roller is very easy to pull out inorder to unwind the hairs and threads. I highly recommend this inexpensive light weight cordless vac for its quality, performance, ease of dust bin dumping and removal of filters for cleaning.

I have owned a vacuum/mop for a couple of years and it is magnificent. What was once a dreaded task has become so easy and efficient. While I may have been sceptical at the start I am now a huge promoter.
Recently I purchased an Go Spot for small jobs like cleaning my patio furniture cushions. It has worked great but I just had a major carpet incident and was amazed with the results. If I didn't happen to have this machine I would likely have had to replace all of the carpet!
I will always turn to Tineco first for my cleaning needs.

I bought their Go Spot portable carpet…
I bought their Go Spot portable carpet cleaner a couple months ago, and it has been a life saver in my household. It was on sale for $60 cad when I bought it, which was the cost to replace the hose on my old cleaner from a bigger name brand!
The baby blue colour of the Tineco one is so cute too, it matches my decor perfectly haha.
My favourite parts:
- the hose is longer than the previous brand I used, so you aren’t moving the machine around constantly
- the hose is also thinner so you can bend it and get a comfortable grip on the hand piece
- there’s a swivelling part where the hose meets the hand piece, which was major for me because that’s where the hose on my previous machine broke!
- this machine came with a cleaner head for hard surfaces, didn’t even realize that was a thing haha
- it also came with a spray to soak your stain and a solution to clean it
I would HIGHLY recommend this spot cleaner when compared to the brand that rhymes with “missile” 🫣
