Mova was really easy to deal with on a return. They communicated well throughout the process, I was at 26 days and they had no issue taking the vacuum back. Good company.

Are they human or are they AI bots?

To be clear, this is a review of the MOVA ViAX 300 robot lawnmower. The best I can say is it cuts and it does it quietly. Now for my list of complaints:
Manual and App supported by videos are awful
• The videos are too fast, requiring repeated pauses to read and gloss over the details; they understate the difficulties in setting up
• Similarly, the Instruction manual is not detailed enough and does not correlate to the App
• The app - where to start!
o On hitting enter, a screen flashes up advising to wait for clear skies etc to map - this is a false screen and cost me many days till I decided to ignore it.
o Creating Maps as opposed to Zones is not clear - I got there by trial and error; Auto-boundary setting (ref manual) is hidden in Setting under a title called Lab; Map Editing icon does not cover Zone Preference in a different icon; Accessible Zone also is not under Map Editing; Head to Maintenance Zone is under Settings. Etc
o A MESS
I previously bought a Roborock robot vacuum/mop - a delight: so simple to set up and so simple to operate - the lawn mower is light-years away from that simplicity
Customer Service is a nightmare:
• I have corresponded with Adam, Abdoul, Ereny, Abdullah, Ahmed who jump in and out of the conversation threads with the same automated intro and outro but rarely with any solution and with the same stuff failed offerings repeated. Over 6 weeks worth of emails and very little value-add provided
• The simple problems: Mower wouldn’t cut close to the edge or onto paths; it left uncut arcs at corners; the solution - use the manual facility!
• The manual operation, by the way, is impossible: too slow and the blades don’t engage; faster and it is impossible to control the direction for curving edges

It is shame; the wee machine is let down by the instructions and backup team. I CANNOT RECOMMEND MOVA.

Excellence customer care...

"To my great surprise, I read that the majority of reviews for Movatech are negative, and I'm very sorry to see this. I was the owner of a MOVA P50 Ultra Robot Vacuum/Mop purchased on Amazon, which developed a technical issue after a year of use. Both through the Mova App and via email to Customer Care, I received immediate and effective support - so much so that they even assisted me in sending the device to their service center in Poland, as the issue could not be resolved remotely.
After 14 days, once they realized the problem could not be fixed, they sent me a brand-new Robot Vacuum/Mop, actually upgrading it to a newer model.
My experience was therefore excellent, also thanks to the courtesy and professionalism of the customer care team, who constantly kept me updated on the progress of the entire support process.
Truly outstanding!!"

Missing “Complete” accessories, weak edge cleaning, and the unit died after two cleans

I bought the MOVA V70 Ultra Complete on Amazon during Prime Day for about $1,000. I chose the “Complete” version because the listing showed an accessory bundle with it. I have now returned it. Here are the problems I ran into with the product, the app and MOVA’s customer support.

1. The “Complete” package came without its accessories
The Amazon listing showed a bundle of extra accessories, including spare filters and mop pads. None of them were in the box. I had also seen the same bundle on MOVA’s own website as a low-cost add-on, so I expected getting the missing items to be simple.

2. Support’s first answer was to return it and buy from MOVA instead
I contacted support (ticket WGMVP7-74533). They first said they can’t support accessory promotions across sales platforms. When I asked whether they meant I should return my Amazon unit and buy from their website, they described how to do that. In the same message they said the V70 Ultra Complete was out of stock on their site, with no promise the accessories would be available when it came back. In effect, the answer to a missing-accessory problem was to return a working $1,000 robot and wait an unknown time for a replacement.

3. I had to keep sending more evidence
After I complained, support said the return was “just a reference option.” They then asked for my invoice and a picture of the original listing, which had since been changed. I sent screenshots and my order details. A different agent then asked me to confirm which bundle was missing and to send unboxing photos of everything I received before they would ship anything. Each reply added another step, and the problem was still open several days later.

4. The cleaning performance was disappointing

Edges and corners: The extending arm, a main selling point for edge and corner cleaning, kept failing to reach out against walls and into corners. Dirt stayed along baseboards and in corners after full cleaning runs.
The app didn’t say what went wrong: When a cleaning run had problems, the app gave no clear message about what the robot had run into. It didn’t say what failed, where it happened or what I should do. I was left guessing.

5. The unit stopped working
Before I finished dealing with support, the robot stopped charging overnight. After that it would not power on or charge at all. That is when I returned it.

Summary
For a flagship robot at this price, I expected the full package, edge cleaning that works, an app that tells you what’s wrong, and support that fixes simple problems quickly. Instead I got missing accessories, a first suggestion to return the product, repeated requests for proof, and a unit that died within days. Buying during Prime Day also meant I lost that sale price when I returned it. I can’t recommend MOVA based on this experience.

Refund of €649 refused after return with their own label

I withdrew from my order (€649.00) within the legal period and returned the item on 07.09.2026 using the return label provided by MOVA itself. DHL confirmed delivery of the parcel, and I sent MOVA the DHL delivery confirmation and the proof of the parcel’s weight, exactly as they requested.

Despite this, customer service keeps telling me that they “cannot confirm receipt” and that I should contact DHL myself. They also stated that the recipient in the tracking is not their warehouse, even though the label was issued by them. I am the consumer, not the contracting party of the return shipment, so I cannot investigate with DHL on their behalf. The company that issued the label can.

Under EU consumer law, a refund cannot be withheld once the customer has proven that the goods were sent back. After more than a month, I still have no refund and no investigation on their side, only repeated copy-pasted replies asking me to contact DHL.

Based on my experience, I categorically do not recommend ordering from this company at all.

⭐ 1 STAR

⭐ 1 STAR — Two defective robots, missing items, and some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced

I rarely leave reviews like this, but my experience with MOVA has been so unbelievably frustrating that I think other customers deserve to know what they may be dealing with.

I purchased a refurbished MOVA robot vacuum/mop. The first unit arrived non-functioning. Not malfunctioning after months of use—it arrived not working.

Because of that, I had to drive approximately an hour round trip, using my own time and gas, to return a product that MOVA sent me defective.

Against my better judgment, I gave MOVA another chance.

The SECOND refurbished unit stopped functioning within approximately 30 MINUTES.

Yes—two separate refurbished MOVA units, and BOTH were non-functioning almost immediately.

As if that wasn't enough, the second shipment was also missing the wood floor cleaner and a bag that were supposed to be included.

But what really turned an unfortunate product experience into an absolutely unacceptable customer-service experience was how MOVA handled it afterward.

I repeatedly tried to get this escalated. Despite receiving TWO defective machines, I could not get a supervisor, manager, or anyone higher within the company to actually speak with me.

I also asked MOVA to arrange a carrier pickup/call tag for the second defective machine so I wouldn't have to make ANOTHER hour-long round trip because of THEIR defective product. I went around and around with them and was told they couldn't do it.

So after receiving two defective products, I am once again the one who has to spend my time and gas taking their defective equipment back into town.

At some point, you have to ask: Where is the accountability?

I'm a previous business owner. I completely understand that products can occasionally be defective. Mistakes happen. What I DON'T understand is a company making the customer bear the inconvenience of those mistakes over and over again while apparently making management inaccessible.

The first defective unit could have been bad luck.

The second unit failing within 30 minutes, arriving with missing items, and then receiving this level of customer service tells me something very different.

What bothers me most isn't even that I received two bad machines. It's that I never felt MOVA was particularly concerned that I had received two bad machines.

Customer service isn't proven when everything goes right. It's proven by what a company does when something goes wrong.

In my case, MOVA had two opportunities to make this right.

Instead, I got:

• First refurbished MOVA — non-functioning
• Approximately 1-hour round trip to return it
• Replacement MOVA — non-functioning within about 30 minutes
• Wood floor cleaner missing
• Bag missing
• Repeated back-and-forth with customer service
• No supervisor or manager willing/available to speak with me
• No carrier pickup after I requested one
• And now another trip into town to return their second defective machine

After this experience, I have absolutely no confidence in MOVA's refurbished products, quality control, or customer service.

I wanted to love this machine. I actually gave the company a second chance after receiving the first defective unit. Unfortunately, the way MOVA handled the second failure has made me feel that getting the product back is more important to them than taking care of the customer who has now been inconvenienced twice.

Two defective machines were frustrating. The way MOVA handled it is why I'm leaving one star.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering a refurbished MOVA think very carefully about what happens if the unit you receive doesn't work—because based on my experience, you may be the one doing all the work to fix their problem.

It was a very simple question

It was a very simple question - where do I buy spares for my pool robot (the two filters have a limited life span and the machine has a label saying that the roller brush & tracks are replaceable). Two months later having been passed around many different agents and given a thorough runaround, still no answer.
To date, the robot has worked fine but without spares, it is only a matter of time before it becomes defunct.
I would give this company a zero stars because it deliberately frustrates matters and is arrogant when dealing with customers. Definitely would not buy from them again and advise anyone else to look elsewhere.

Worst expirience of all my life

I ordered a vacuum cleaner and waited for delivery. They delivered a 30kg parcel to branch 10km away from my home, even though I had the package sent to my home address, I refused delivery; it was returned to the sender, and now they are refusing to refund my money.
Their support agents are just Claude or other AI models. You shouldn't buy this cheap chinese junk. Avoid them!

Extremely disappointing experience with…

Extremely disappointing experience with MOVA V70 and customer service

I purchased a MOVA V70 directly from the official MOVA website on 20 May 2026. Unfortunately, the robot was defective from the very beginning.

I immediately contacted MOVA and requested a refund. Instead of providing a refund, MOVA persuaded me to accept a replacement, assuring me that the replacement would be fully functional.

The second device was also defective. I immediately contacted MOVA again and requested a refund. What followed was almost two months of correspondence and repeated assurances that my refund request had been escalated for further review.

Despite this, instead of resolving the matter and refunding my money, MOVA sent me a third replacement device.

Unfortunately, the third device is also defective.

At this point, I have received three defective MOVA V70 devices for the same purchase. I have repeatedly explained that I no longer want another replacement or another repair attempt. I simply want to terminate the purchase and receive a full refund.

What is particularly frustrating is the customer service process. I have repeatedly been told that my refund request was being escalated and reviewed, yet instead of receiving a clear resolution, I kept receiving further replacement proposals.

This has been an extremely time-consuming and frustrating experience. I bought a new premium robot vacuum from the official MOVA website, not a product that would require months of correspondence, multiple replacements and repeated attempts to resolve the same problem.

Three defective devices are simply unacceptable.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a MOVA product carefully consider not only the product itself, but also how the company handles serious warranty and refund cases when repeated replacements do not solve the problem.

My case is still unresolved. I am requesting a full refund for the original purchase.

The globes don’t last

The globes don’t last. Air bubble appear after 12 months and get bigger quite quickly. After 3 years one third of the globe has a bubble where the fluid has evaporated. Contacted mova globes who admitted that it happens and offered half price if I bought another. Since I had an 8.5 inch globe I wasn’t prepared to spend so much.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. I had voucher code can be used to purchase Wet & Dry cleaner. When I wanna use code they said they just change category and code can't be used. there is no expiry date on the code and they can change T&C anytime as they want. I doubt about this company will also give excuses when you have warranty issues.

Discriminating, greedy business with good robots and support

Discriminates against Portugal and Spain (releases new robot for €999 all over Europe, €1199 in Portugal and Spain).

Ridiculously-overpriced accessories (€7 for a dust collection bag).

Update (12/26/2025): Promised 100% refund upon return, then refused to honor agreement and refunded <70% after return.

Update (04/18/2026): Refunded 100% of another robovac ~1 year after purchase.

Update (09/11/2026): My Z70's roller mop broke after ~1 month. Mova claimed the robot was broken and required replacement/repair. I proved them wrong and requested a replacement mop roller. Mova claimed the part was unavailable despite their store showing otherwise (?!) and required I send my robot and wait indefinitely (probably weeks) to get another one, reinstall it, remap, and reconfigure everything (!).

Resonating with the bad reviews here!

I contacted support with a few straightforward questions about my product. Instead of actually reading and understanding what I asked, they decided I had reached the "wrong region" and bounced me off to a completely unrelated local contact that had nothing to do with my issue. When I pointed out this made no sense and asked for it to be escalated to the team that could actually help, I got the exact same brainless copy-paste redirect a second time.

At no point did anyone engage with what I actually asked or attempt a proper escalation — just mindless regional deflection to make the problem someone else's. Whether or not the issue was even fixable, this is not support; it's a runaround designed to get rid of you. If you expect competent help when something needs looking into, don't count on it here. Very disappointing.

Wish I could give a zero

Wish I could give a zero. Worst customer service experience of my life. Repeated, duplicated trouble shooting exercises that were clearly never going to produce a result…clean the filters on a device that worked for less than a few days, pull apart the pump that worked for two days, send us videos, which I already had, please repeat, we are escalating the issue, please repeat, please send us a video, please send us the serial number…which I already did, and they have because they sent it to me, please confirm your mailing address YOU SENT IT TO ME!!!!!!!! Then they agree to replace, and immediately start sending me emails about arranging a refund, then no, wait, we will send the replacement. The joint is like faulty towers without a manager. Ridiculous. And this has gone on for months, the product failed within days.

I tried to buy accessories on their official app. My creditcard/visa company immediately blocked my card. I had an extensive conversation with creditcard/visa why they blocked my card after trying to purchase on the official app of MOVA. The company is seen as a very fraudulent company and no creditcard purchases can be made on their website or app. I am very upset by this. I bought the robot vacuum cleaner at cool blue but they don't sell accessories so. Besides that, i have second thoughts about the safety of using this product with a camera on it.

Bad company to deal with

Bad company to deal with.

Got a broken robot out of the box and need a new cover part. They’ll eventually send the needed part. It was pulling teeth to get the roller the robot destroyed. No goodwill gesture like here’s a few additional rollers and side brushes. Or your next order of parts is on the house.
