I purchased a Thunder laser Nova 35, 80 watt machine about 5-6 months ago. It's an absolutely awesome machine. It's accuracy, speed and ease of use is exceptional. I have another laser brand that works pretty good, however compared to the Thunder it's not even close. Great machine!!!

I've been on the fence for a few months now about getting a laser. Thankfully, there is so much great information out there about Thunder Laser USA and how great they are to work with and their customer service! I had the same outstanding reaction when I reached out to them last week and Eric Munoz answered all my questions and even went a little further and walked me through some things I hadn't thought of yet! It's great to see a company take the time to give their customers correct information and walk them through it all for a seamless process! Can't wait to take possession on my new Bolt Pro 36 and go down the rabbit hole of laser designs and glad to know Thunder Laser USA will be there to walk me through it all! Thanks Eric!

Customer service is TOP KNOTCH!! Had an issue and they quickly and easily resolved my issue. I am so pleased with my machine I’ve had almost a year now and I couldn’t be happier with customer service—HIGHLY recommend Thunder Laser!!

Please don't let my lateness reflect on my review, I have a disabled husband, and he had another stroke in the middle of delivery of my machine. Rhonda was the most helpful and understanding person I have dealt with in awhile. When I call if she can't answer the phone she text and then calls me back within minutes. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and even allowed me to write everything down. I did not feel like I was being rushed or pressured at all. She was respectful in knowing that I couldn't turn my ringer off on my phone the day I came for a demo because this was the first time I had ever left my husband since his stroke in January 2024 and I had drove 2,5 hours to get their. Rhonda is the reason that I went with thunder and hope to retain a relationship in the future and she will be the one I purchase my next laser from and that says a lot because I have not even been able to get started on the one that I purchased due to my husband's health, but will soon, Thanks Rhonda

I had an issue with my laser and they responded to me in 2min...I was honestly so surprised and happy with the customer services. Their machine is fantastic and just as good as their customer service.

Thunder Laser went above and beyond to answer all of our questions before we made our decision. The decision was honestly more on which machine to get vs purchasing from Thunder Laser or not. We ended up with the Nova Plus 35 60w RF. When the machine arrived, it was packaged impressively well. We needed to get it to a second floor of a residential property, the machine game apart well and we were able to remove a substantial amount of weight in order to get it moved. Don't get me wrong though, this machine is a BEAST! But in a good way. Took 6 grown men. It was easy to reassemble, but some reasonable knowledge is needed to remove certain parts and be able to put it back together. The company included a flash drive of preloaded settings which helped tremendously in getting started. It truly was almost plug and play. I don't think you can go wrong with this company, they really take care of their customers and I will absolutely purchase from them again in the future.

After owning several machines I got a Thunder Laser Bold 24 Plus. What a great machine! Well built and built with thought behind it. From the slide out “crumb” tray to the camera, everything was well planned out. The 60w RF tube performs extremely well and the machine is very accurate. So glad to have it. Customer service has been great and the machine got here when they said it would. Highly recommend it.

We had a great experience. The company had great videos that were clear and easy to understand on their web site and in social media. We were doing our research and they were clearly in the lead. They communicated clearly, sent reminders and Rhonda answered all out questions. When we went for a demonstration, Rhonda and Eric were super and demonstrated how easy the process was from start to finish. I highly recommend Thunder Laser

We purchased our Thunder Laser earlier this year. We were looking for a machine that could replace our Graphtec pen plotter and this is just the machine that we needed. It is extremely accurate and very straight forward. It came with the Lightburn software, which is a huge plus. Very easy software to learn.

Dealing with the Thunder team was very easy and pleasurable. They are all professionals, and they helped me understand any questions I had. They even let me send sample pieces of materials to see how they would cut on their machines. Shipping and handling was little to no stress. I would happily reccomend this laser company to anyone interested.

I spoke with Armando Juarez today via email to fix the issue with my chiller (a new one is on the way). I understand things best visually so he drew me out a diagram and sent me a video explaining it so I felt more comfortable completing the troubleshooting instructions. He was very patient with me and his responses were very timely and helpful!

I couldn't be happier with my Thunder Laser! So far, my experience has been outstanding.
The machine is truly state-of-the-art, with an impressive list of features and technology that come standard. Everything is intuitive, efficient, and designed to make production faster and easier.
What's really funny is that my laser buddies now want to come over and cut and engrave on my machine because they can immediately see how much easier and more efficient it is to use!

The machine is easy to take apart and clean. The work area is wide and the laser cut perfectly. It can do so many different materials.
