I can’t express enough what a game changer this Nova 35 plus has made for my small business. I was operating off of a diode laser for years and barely able to keep up with orders. That issue has been resolved, along with expanding materials i am able to work with. Thunder lasers are an impressive piece of equipment, and customer service has been amazing the few i’ve reached out. It has been a huge learning curve for me, but i’m quickly getting the hang of it. I highly recommend.

Eric listened to me so that he understood where I was at in the process. He did not try to upsell me. He was very knowledgeable and was able to give me good advice. He provided me with a quote and let me make the decision on my timeline. This is my second Nova. Glad I made the purchase.

Based on my research, Thunder Laser has a good reputation, so, given that and my laser engraver requirements, I purchased a Bolt Pro 36.

a bit complicated to get it started, but its a great machine

I’ve owned a Thunder Bolt laser for the past 7 months. The machine is a workhorse and the support at Thunder USA has been great. The machine has helped produce my products with great detail and efficiency.

Thunder Laser has been a great company to work with the machines the provider are excellent. I have enjoyed my machine to the fullest. Tech support has been outstanding emails are answered quickly even during off hours. My Thunder Nova Plus 24 is my favorite laser so far.

When searching for a laser cutter, my main concern was customer servicem I had a LOT of inquiries. Rhonda was excellent at consistently guiding me in the right direction The resources provided are amazing and my students were able to operate it immediately without any help from me I truly appreciate the links, videos, and resources supplied.

I have been a proud Thunder owner since August 2023 and have nothing but fantastic things to say -- support has been incredibly on the ball (I had a response in less than an hour on Christmas Eve one year which I was certainly not expecting), when I've needed replacement parts they've always been affordable, and my machine is a WORKHORSEm Laser art is my full-time job and it's always been able to keep up.
