Poor Customer Service
Your customer service rep (I didn't get a name) called to tell me there was a problem with my credit card. I was standing at my credit card terminal in my store so I ran my card for a $. went thru fine. told csr that her response was for me to call my cc company. I said I think the problem was on your end. She said nope. I told her to cancel the order I would just buy from someone else. She said have a good day and hung up. Next day I get an email that the order has been processed and has been shipped. Wonder how??? Any please remove me from your data base. I won't be buying from you in the future.
