Russell McQueary, Sales Department, did a good job of ensuring we were ordering the correct water filter for the AR-10000 Manitowoc ArcticPure Water Filter System. Russell found that the K00338 was replaced by the K00540 Water Filters. The filter was shipped the next day, and I had it in less than one week.
