Received my order but two items were not included. Contacted customer service but it took a while for them to respond. Not impressed with the handling of the issue.

I had a failure of a camera on my system for my RV. I contacted your company for replacement camera and talked with Rose she was very helpful and was able to identify the system and the camera that I needed. Because of employees like her it keeps me coming back to your company. Thank you Rose for your fine work and helping me resolve my situation.

You continue to have top of the line products and while you tend to be higher in cost with other manufacturers t is my perception that the overall quality is better! Additionally I was surprised to be offered a trade in program.

I purchased multiple 360 wired camera systems with the back up sensor kits. The warranty provided as well as the return policy was thedeciding factor for this purchase.
The equipment is high quality and designed very well. Tech support is top notch.

The print was easy to create and place the order. The shipping was fast. The print was clear and the colours were vibrant. We love it.

After replacing a camera three times as result of lens deterioration due to the Florida sun, I decided to replace my backup system with a Tadi Brothers 36912. This system has 1080 resolution and a camera with glass lens not plastic. What I discovered was a product well engineered and built with forethought supporting easy installation. Thank you for your dedication, which is obvious.

I clicked the chat to talk to Rose, who I thought was going to be a bot and I would not get my answers, but it was quite the opposite. Rose was a real and very patient person who talked me through all of my options as I went back-and-forth through different configurations for improving the viewing safety from my class c rv. She immediately knew what to suggest each time I had a question about many different systems. She was patiently on the call with me for about an hour, because I'm such a slow and methodical purchaser, but she hung in there with me the whole time and had a clear, cheerful, and pleasant voice too.
