Single man who's never furnished a home on his own. Celest (Home Zone employee) spent hours with me over the span of a few days. She never acted like she was tired of me asking, looking, leaving, coming back, taking measurements, leaving.... I didn't want to make a bad decision and she helped me make good picks on my purchases

Additional shout out to Marshall. He was there on my second visit when Celest was off. When I went in the 3rd time, he allowed a lady to help. I found this helpful with them not being on commission, he didn't mind me getting a female's assistance on the decisions

We had great customer service and were prompt with responding to emails and texts. We were updated about delivery and the precise time of delivery with the link sent to us. Gladys whom I spoke to several times was very professional and answered all my questions.

What a mess, I'd like to rate it one star but they did ultimately resolve the issue so giving a generous two stars. First thing to be aware of is that even though they heavily promote "made in Texas" very little of the furniture, only some of the upholstered pieces, are made in their factory in DFW area. We bought 3 pieces of Clinton bedroom, the big master chest and two nightstands. One of the nightstands had really bad finish issues, it either was not sanded at all or not prepped properly before it was finished. This group has a distressed finish, meaning it has a pattern of intentional dings but other than that the finish is smooth, this one piece was unlike the other two pieces, the wood was not prepped before it was painted and very rough to touch. Delivery guy said no problem, call customer service and they'll replace it. Second one was as bad as the first. We hoped 3rd time would be a charm, in our case it was SIXTH time charm! #3 had a better finish but shipping damage, one corner crushed and a hole knocked in back cover. #4 was #2 that someone made an attempt to touch up but it was unacceptable, the top was not prepped before finish was applied. After #4 I called customer svc and asked that both nightstands be picked up and refunded. They said the store would have to ok that, I made two calls to the store, two people said they would notify the manager and get it taken care of but I never heard back. So ...... #5 had a better finish but had build issues, two of the components were cut too small but used anyway, leaving gaps in joints. we were just disappointed in them as a company, sending out pieces that were obviously defective. After #5 I explained that if #6 wasn't right I was prepared to take whatever action necessary to returning refund both nightstands since we wanted a matching pair. #6 came today and even though it's not perfect we're keeping it. The build quality and finish is on par with the other two pieces from original delivery, it does have several spots where the packing foam stuck to the piece and pulled off the finish but I will touch that up myself, I'm done with them! The buying experience at the store in Tyler, TX was actually great and we like the furniture, it's just unfortunate that we had to jump through hoops to get a defective piece replaced with an acceptable piece.

Ricky and Jessica did an amazing job helping us find and get our new sofas for our new home! Their customer service was outstanding, and they made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. They truly make you feel right at home from the moment you walk through the door.

The customer service at Home Zone Lake Worth is amazing. We had an issue with an item we purchased, and the assistant manager Tristan was incredibly helpful and did everything he could to make it right. Their sales staff is very helpful and low pressure and it’s a joy to shop in that store. They have quality furniture and our customer focused. We will definitely be repeat customers!

I had a great experience with the service technician who repaired my couch. He arrived right on time, quickly identified and fixed the issue, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. He was professional, efficient, and respectful of my time. It’s refreshing to receive such prompt, reliable, and high-quality service. I really appreciate the excellent work and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing furniture repairs. Great job from start to finish!

As a retired military veteran, if you're going to put on a sales pitch such as free merchandise delivery in the local area, your salespeople should be aware of this fact! I found this policy after the fact and the following day brought this to the attention of your sales department. Again, I was dismayed that I had to fill out a rebate form and send this in for delivery reimbursement! No where in your Veterans Day free delivery fine print was there any reference of this! I met all the published criteria and have documented proof of this! After a lengthy discussion with the on-scene manager, the problem was for the most part resolved. The purchased recliner will be delivered today, and I was assured that the delivery fee of $139.64 will be credited back to my credit card the following business day. Maybe a team meeting concerning future sales promotions would be in order to prevent such an occurrence.

First off the product ! Believe me I shopped all the local furniture stores … I was looking for a sectional sofa with recliners .. this day and time most of us don’t have our sofas on a wall they are islanded in the room so all sides need to look good , Home Zone was the only furniture store that the back of the reclining sofas look as good as the front … and the non commissioned sales personnel are awesome.
