Here is what makes shopping there great. First, no pressure. Second assistant store manager Miranda is so sweet. Third, of quality furniture it seems. Last, affordable.

I liked that the sales person didn't make me feel pressured to purchase anything and didn't follow me around as I looked around.

We had gone in a couple weeks ago with all our color swatches and flooring to find the perfect piece of furniture for our home we're renovating. Our sales person Joni was attentive and helpful, so when we went back yesterday to place our order, Joni met us at the door and got us beverages right away and then took us back to the sofa we'd been looking at and we placed the order. Great service and we look forward to receiving our new sofa.

Overall, I had a positive experience with the sales associate. They approached me when I entered the store, but in a friendly and non-aggressive way. I was specifically looking for a product I had seen advertised, and they were helpful in answering my questions and taking the time to research the details when needed. As a first time buyer I appreciated the attentive, knowledgeable service.

The only area I would suggest improving is the pickup process. I purchased an item that is small enough to fit easily in my SUV, but the available pickup locations require me to travel approximately 20–30 miles either east or west to another store. Having more convenient pickup options at the location where I made the purchase would make the overall shopping experience significantly better.

I live in Arlington, but my preferred store is the Cedar Hill location. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and everyone is willing to assist you from the warehouse employees to the floor manager. The furniture is of great quality and affordable! I have made several purchases & will continue to buy from here.
