i don't like being forced towrite reviews you suck

I was not able to use my Rooms To Go credit card because the purchase was not enough for extended financing. Very frustrating!

Simple order protocol and nice sale discount

Michelle was wonderful & guided us through all of our options. Wonderful selection of sofas!

Overall very easy to navigate the website and checkout. The one thing I didn't like was when adding something with add-ons to the cart it was reflected in the subtotal but didn't show the individual prices of the add-ons.

When we arrived we were greeted immediately by Dawn. She was pleasant and professional and answered all of our initial questions and then left us in the hands of an associate who spent the better part of 30 minutes with us creating what we thought was our profile. Come to find out nothing had been created and no notes were taken. After waiting at least 45 minutes and asking several associates for help I reached out to Dawn once again. She took stance directly and paired us with Randy Cochran whom , in my mind, was the reason we went to rooms to go in the first place. Randy is cordial and kind and has every answer at his finger tips or " thumbs". We gathered all the information we needed, pieces and prices and Randy's contact info and we were encouraged by Randy to call anytime for any reason, and we did. Over the next 24 hours we must have reached out to Randy I'll bet 10 times. He gave us solid direction that in turn resulted in a $5000 dollar order for him and R2G. We want to thank Mr Cochran for his time, patience and effort in getting our furniture for our brand new home. If and when further need arrives we will be calling Randy!!

I liked the online chat, however, I was unable to create an account on my phone. The display would not let scroll down to create the account, and I had to get my computer out to finish the transaction. I also think the payment method is backwards. I entered my RTG credit card information and then had to go back to the top to enter the remaining amount to pay.

Easy to look for product and great sale!!!

My sales lady is amazing! She is very patient answers all of my questions and is very knowledgeable about the merchandise.
