I clicked the chat to talk to Rose, who I thought was going to be a bot and I would not get my answers, but it was quite the opposite. Rose was a real and very patient person who talked me through all of my options as I went back-and-forth through different configurations for improving the viewing safety from my class c rv. She immediately knew what to suggest each time I had a question about many different systems. She was patiently on the call with me for about an hour, because I'm such a slow and methodical purchaser, but she hung in there with me the whole time and had a clear, cheerful, and pleasant voice too.
