Ordered the tool and paid for it- an order number was given to me and two weeks later I was asked if I still wanted to pay for the tool in my cart. After a discussion with someone it was resolved and three weeks later I received the tool. Not impressed.

Within minutes of placing my order, they emailed me to let me know the item was back ordered with a long lead time. Offered a longer fastener that would ship same day and honor the price! You don’t get customer service like this anymore!
