So far so good. I don't use my laser as often as most people but have had minimal issues, typically user error.

I bought a Thunder 35 Plus with a 80 RF tube. This machine is a beast and cuts the wood I have put in it like better and engraves beautifully. Set up was super easy and once it was in place it was up and running super fast. I have not had to contact support about anything but the questions I have had are easily answered in their knowledge area of their website. I am so happy with my Thunder Laser and highly recommend!

I went from struggling to succeeding with the addition of a Thunder Bolt. I didn't truly understand what using a laser could be before upgrading from my Gweike Cloud to the Bolt. The experience was honestly shocking, from the moment I got in touch with Thunder, placing my order, shipping, the unboxing and first use, every step was a pleasure. And my Bolt has been an absolute pleasure to use since. I'm a Thunder Laser fan for life.

Wow. I don't even know how to begin. I bought a Bolt Plus that was delivered in July 2024. Between the time of order and delivery I had an unexpected health crisis. Long story short, the laser sat until February 2026. After unpacking and installing everything, turned the power on, lights on....and then it hung frozen, would not boot beyond the Logo screen. Being it was a Sunday afternoon, I put off contacting customer support until Monday morning. Within moments of firing off an email I received a prompt reply from Chris Myers in Technical Support. Chris asked some questions, requested some photos and guided me through the process. (Even when there was user error on my side). He reviewed the information and determined that the DSP controller was nonfunctional. He provided me with a link and a coupon code that zeroed out the cost of a pricey component. The part should be here in a couple days. He sent me a link with instructions for the install process. My experience has been of the highest quality. THIS is the gold standard to which all customer service should aspire. Well done Thunder Laser USA, well done.

I have the Bolt. Compared to other lasers, it is the most reliable, powerful, precise laser I've ever worked with. Workflow is never held up. Extremely easy to use and integrates amazingly with Lightburn. I am so happy with my purchase.

We’ve had the thunder nova 51+ and have been using it for over 1 year. It’s big, and can accommodate bigger projects going from a table top xtool. Easy to learn. Camera quality is not the best.

Purchased a bolt +24. I’ve had this machine for two weeks now, first day I ran 3 material tests, the next day nothing , the machine hasn’t fired since. I have 60+ emails in to their tech department with no success. The tech department has its customers running tests on fan board, laser head, cables etc. it seems to me, the technicians figure we should know their technical jargon. The way I look at it. They should have a technician here at my home, figuring out the problems with this laser, not me.

I absolutely love my thunder nova 24. The process to purchasing was amazing. I took my time and asked several questions and they always had time for me.

I’ve owned the Thunder Nova + 80W, 51-inch laser for about five months, and it has been an outstanding experience from start to finish.

I regularly engrave on wood, tumblers, glass, leather, denim, T-shirts, and more, and the engraving quality is excellent on every material I’ve used. The machine is powerful, consistent, and the speed is more than sufficient for business-level production.

Setup was very beginner-friendly, which impressed me. Thunder’s documentation and video resources are well done and easy to follow, making the learning curve manageable even for someone new to CO₂ lasers.

I’ve had no negative surprises and zero issues so far. Shipping went smoothly, everything arrived well-packaged, and customer service has been excellent whenever I’ve had questions.

I would confidently recommend this machine to anyone getting into laser engraving, especially small business owners or diode laser owners looking to upgrade. The Nova + feels like a machine you can grow with
