Daniel was quick to respond to my queries and emails throughout the process. He facilitated negotiations between myself and seller really well and we reached an agreed price on the property on the same day we started negotiations.

The only negative is that I felt a bit pressured to pay a holding deposit and sign a legally binding exclusivity agreement before my solicitor had been able to review it and I was not comfortable doing either especially because it’s not a legal requirement to make the sale. I would encourage buyers to read any agreement carefully and take legal advice before signing or paying anything.

In the end, the vendor agreed to proceed with the sale without the holding deposit, which I appreciated. The property is now under offer.

Property is currently sold STC through Springbok. Process fairly quick even though the property market is tough at the moment for sellers! Joe Yale was our negotiator & kept me up to date regarding viewings etc & dealt with the final part of the negotiation well going between 2 buyers who were putting offers in.

I've been so impressed with Springbok from start to finish. They are everything you would like in an estate agent but never get. Each person I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, positive, enthusiastic and had that sense of humour that is so crucial when building rapport with complete strangers. In particular I would like to thank Hamish who has been so patient with me! Nothing was too much trouble and he never made me feel as though he didn't have the time to talk and explain the sale process. Hamish worked so hard in the latter stage, he was just great! What makes this company stand out from all the rest is that when they say they will call, they call. So thank you to Emily, Chris, Hamish and anyone else who helped me sell my property in record time (I believe it was 57 days). Amazing!!!

Mine was a case of expecting the worst but getting the best . Joe Yale made mine and my partners purchase easy and straightforward . What felt like could take weeks closed in a couple of days as he was dedicated , swift and explained everything in detail during the process. Thank you. Definitely would recommend.

We decide to use springbok properties to sell our property and I must admit it turned out to be a good decision from start to finish they took care of everything we did nothing apart from receive regular updates about viewings and offers the staff were very professional

He has communicated clearly and kept us updated throughout, and he put together a sensible pricing plan that helped market the house effectively. We went under offer in 5 weeks.

I don't normally leave reviews. Yet I often read them when making decisions about companies, places, and products. I have had such an exceptional experience with Springbrok. After an awful series of events selling a house privately. Dreadful and scaring experiences with two different buyers solicitors, confusing or non-existent communication.

It has been night and day. Emily who's been my point of contact so far has been so on the ball. Always keeping me updated. Always available, friendly kind, organised and professional in a human way.
