Amy listened attentively and gave options but understood our position as Executors.
Amy has a friendly manner and she is reliable and efficient ; when the zoom failed Amy immediately agreed to talk on the phone. Follow up was promised from the team by tomorrow.
A very personable host who came across extremely professional whist still remaining easy to talk too.
She had done her research which was very refreshing.
All in all a very constructive meeting
They sent a letter through the post. The lady asked out what interest we had, as soon as I said we had interest and some offers she become very rude, said they would only offer a maximum of 80% of what they valued the house at and pretty much cut me off the call. Even though the letter states they would like to make an offer they believe could be worth around our asking price I knew this is just their way of getting my attention but there is no need to be totally rude.
Received an unsolicited letter from this bunch of jokers, indicating they're interested in making a cash offer for my house, which coincidentally roughly reflects the asking price on RM.
Let's just say I would rather eat doggy doo do off a frozen spoon than engage with companies like this.
Most reviews on here are bland, without context, any detail and appear to lack credibility. There are hardly any reviews from vendors who've received this ridiculous pitch, and those that have submitted reviews tell a cautionary tale.
1 star, as zero isn't an option.
Your letter is on it's way back to you in the post.

excellent service and very knowledgeable, impressed.
Max Carter who I spoke to in the first place was very professional and kept me updated, everytime I rang I was able to speak to Max ( or someone) which meant alot as we went after a certain property, which we really appreciate and ended up getting our dream!
Thank you.
Max was understanding of my needs and helpful with the process of finding and securing a buyer.
Excellent attitude explained everything and no hard sell. Thanks Daniel

I found the relationship with Richard difficult. His communication was curt and almost only by text message. Responses from viewers were just forwarded with no context. Viewers turned up at the house and no one there to meet them on two occasions. I was told that Richard had told people who expressed an interested in the house we’re selling that we were desperate to sell and that we’d accept a very low offer.
I would expect better communication, a friendlier style and loyalty to us as your customer. I wouldn’t recommend EA to others wanting to sell. Having said this, we have accepted a low offer due to an unexpected change in circumstances and because the buyers are cash buyers with nothing to sell and hope it will progress to sale before Christmas.

No idea who Luke is and £70 per person to being identified is very steep. Apparently the norm is £30-£35

As expected! Wrote to us multiple times unsolicited, valuing our property appropriately to reel us in… then offered us 25% less on a time wasting phone call of sheer rudeness! Absurd as noone is going to take that low an offer 🤣 just ridiculous waste of time

The interview could not have been improved.
I made Stacey aware that I have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. She was prepared to explain everything very patiently.

Clear advice, time had obviously been taken to research my property and the options available prior to the call.
