Wanted a quick sale and looked at a number of estate agents before coming across Springbok. We had a journey that's for sure and Springbok helped in more ways than any other estate agents id used before. We had to sing the praises of Taryck especially! talk about going above and beyond. After a number of issues, losing a part of the chain and problems with councils we got there and we couldn't have done it without the help and continued support of Tayrck. IF we had to do this again anytime soon we'd want to have the same person and would definitely suggest Springbok to anyone wanting a very good informative service.

Professional service and kept us updated throughout.
Abbey was very professional and made the process relatively stress free. She worked well with the legal team and would contact us when there was an update to the sale. Despite issues further down the chain Abbey kept us up to date with the situation and challenged the other agents/legals if it was required. Overall a great experience.

I heard about a springbok from a colleague at work in Australia.
I decided to use Springbok because the traditional selling agents was not successful.
Hamish was very good in finding a 2nd solicitor when the 1st one did not want to take up the job . His communication and update cannot faulted despite the time difference between the UK and Perth Australia .
I will high recommend Hamish and Springbok properties.

As a first-time buyer
As a first-time buyer, I had an extremely disappointing experience with Springbok. Mia’s communication and conduct felt unprofessional and disrespectful throughout the process.
I felt pressured into signing the Exclusivity Agreement, and I believe the way it was presented manipulated me into signing a document that ultimately worked against my interests. In my experience, the agreement appeared less focused on protecting buyers and more focused on allowing Springbok to retain money from buyers and profit from the situation.
Delays caused by the sellers were also attributed to me, which resulted in me being charged additional delay fees. I found this frustrating and unfair because the delays were not caused by me, yet the financial consequences were placed on me.
When I raised my concerns with Mia’s manager and requested not to communicate with her further, my request was ignored, and I was still expected to deal with her.
What should have been an exciting milestone became a stressful and disappointing experience. I encourage prospective buyers to read all documents carefully, understand the terms and financial consequences of any Exclusivity Agreement, and keep written records of communications. Based on my experience, I would urge first-time buyers to exercise caution and ask questions before entering into an agreement with Springbok.
