I'm dealing with Marc Silvestre as a buyer presently and he's "on the ball" with genuine care for what he does. My family are Landlords and we've dealt with SPRINGBOK a few times without issue.

First time purchasing a property using springbok, seen them around a lot, being a property developer...
Refreshing to see an estate agency that doesn't over value properties by 30% just to get business.
Realistically priced, fast moving towards completion... Perfect for sellers who need to move quickly.
Dan was nice and explained how the process runs quickly so we can get things wrapped up promptly.
If I was a distressed seller, who needs to sell and move quickly, I would definitely consider them.

This is 2nd time dealing with Haden after 1st buyer pulled out last minute. We were potentially going to lose out on a property we had put an offer in on, luckily Haden was in the case and within 10 days we had 3 viewings and an offer.
