Most tights I buy rip before the end of the day, but these take at least a month or two to rip, and when they rip they are small and can easily be fixed with clear nail polish. Overall I like the prod... See more

The only tights I will buy!
Quality…
Who would have thought I could get hosiery to fit my size and is run resistant. I can wear and wear and wear and not worry about embarrassment of runs or tears. Love them.
Love Sheertex
Love Sheertex! I wear them all the time. They wear so well and are comfortable. My only suggestion would be more colors and patterns!
I’ve owned both pairs of tights I’ve…
I’ve owned both pairs of tights I’ve bought for like at least 3 months now, have worn them many times, with no rips! Compared to cheap tights that I used to buy from Amazon, they’re a whole world difference. The shipping did take a little while to get the US from Canada, but nothing awful. They really are worth the extra bit of money compared to the kind of tights you get at cvs or Amazon or whatever.
The first pair I ordered ripped once…
The first pair I ordered ripped once they were on. There was a defect in the panty area and the run went right down the leg. I contacted the company and sent in a picture and they said they would replace them. THen they said they don't have the size. So I said give me a different colour. A month later and I have no product. They don't really answer me or say they are considering it. USELESS DO NOT BUY!
Socks ripped on first wear, no replacement arrived.
Edit: They asked me to choose another item from the website as replacement. Mind you, they have like 4 items. I gave them 3 items options I'd want if the other one was not available and coincidently they were all out of stock so I was told there was nothing to do, even though they literally have the 90-day rip replacement guarantee...
Terrible experience with Sheertex. My socks ripped the next day, and trying to use their 90-day replacement guarantee turned into a month-long mess. Every email was answered by a different person (or a very unreliable AI) who clearly didn’t read the previous conversation. I kept getting generic replies, “out of stock” excuses, and no tracking or shipping confirmation for the replacement they claimed was sent. At one point, the reply email address didn’t even exist.
Extremely frustrating customer service, it’s either an AI answering what you want to hear but not helping at all or they just think you’re stupid.
I swear by these tights.
Easy transaction, love these tights! Just wish there were more colors.
FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!
FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!
Honestly, I would give 0 stars if I could. I relied on their size chart when placing my order, but the sizing was inaccurate. They informed me that I would receive a refund and provided instructions for returning the tights.
At first, they responded to my emails, but after several exchanges, they stopped responding altogether. As a result, I never received the promised refund and have been unable to obtain any follow-up regarding my return.
Very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this company.
Tall women beware!!
Tall women beware!!! I ordered a size M which should have fit based on my weight (the only measure they give you for picking size) and they ripped WHEN I TRIED THEM ON. Customer service has been incredibly slow getting back to me and I suspect it isn't a real person on the end just a bot. They tried to give me a discount code but it DOESN'T WORK AT ALL!! It is also for $20. The tights are $50! They didn't offer a refund option at all. This is one of the worst online purchases I have ever made.
Fast shipping and product is almost as…
Fast shipping and product is almost as anti tear as they say. Unfortunately the boots I wore with them has caused a few little pulls where the zipper is. Other than that I am very happy with this product
Great quality!
I can't believe how much I paid for…
I can't believe how much I paid for these tights. Fell for the ads. I wore them for like an hour before the fabric got black lines in it and small holes. So disappointing.
The only nylons you will ever need
The only nylons you will ever need, plus they are so comfortable! I can't believe how indestructible they are yet. So fashionable wash after wash wear after wear. I'm slowly getting rid of all of my non What what Sheertex pantyhose and replacing them with Sheertex. Now I get to add different styles!
I purchased 2 items and was ghosted for a month
I purchased 2 items that were in-stock on their website one month ago. They were supposed to ship within a couple of days according to their website. I have sent several emails over the course of this past month, trying to get an update on my order. I got one response saying "If you’ve already received a reply from one of our agents in the last couple of days, you shouldn’t experience any further delays." That email was the ONLY response I have received. I emailed back, again requesting order updates.... nothing so far. I actually want my order, so I don't want to go to my credit card company for a charge-back unless I really have to. This is the worst customer service.
This for the most part is excellent…
This for the most part is excellent quality and they hold true to their satisfaction policy.. lil pricey but get them on sales!
Buyer beware!
I used to be a loyal customer with over 50 pairs of Sheertex tights, I wore them everyday, and I would recommend them to everyone who complimented my tights. However, the quality and customer service has changed for the worse over my years of patronage. My last purchase of tights were ripped in the gusset upon arrival. Sheertex replaced them. The replacement pair had the same issue. Sheertex refused to replace the replacement pair that they sent me that was ripped upon arrival. When I asked why, they said they can only replace once pair. So, buyer beware, they will send you multiple pairs of ripped tights and then refuse to replace them. I went from a loyal customer to NEVER purchasing from Sheertex EVER again.
Terrible customer service
Good evening. I have sent a message via the help desk. I am not satisfied with my experience. I do alot of business online and am disappointed by your lack of addressing my request. I have sent over 10 emails with no set of actual plans go address my issue. Net: i returned unopened stockings and was advised I would get a refund. If i am not to receive a refund, i would like my original order reshipped. My order cost $123.00 and returning via Fed EX cost another $38.00. This seems an easy customer service situation. Sheertex has not managed this well. Thank you.
So disappointed in this Canadian…
So disappointed in this Canadian company. I ordered online in mid-march. Apparently Canada Post had returned my order, as it didn't indicate my PO box. Nowhere in the online order field did it indicate that Canada Post was the carrier. This is Canada Post's new hard line policy - fine, but no reply or notice from Sheertex by mid April. Very hard to get ahold of any customer service. By the time a link to reach the company finally worked and someone got back to me, they asked me to confirm address and I did. A second "bot" asked me the same thing and I told "her". Alas, my order was resent using my street address again and appears to be sent back by Canada Post, Groundhog day style. I am not sure any humans work there. They have the nerve to send me all kinds of survey requests about my satisfaction with their customer service bots and promo emails but can't recieve correspondence from their customers. Absolutely brutal company, they still have my money and/or my merchandise 2+ months later.
I still haven’t received my order
I still haven’t received my order from March 3rd… and the “customer service” basically told me yeah it takes a while✌️ so yeah wtf am I supposed to do with that?
