Terrible shop - dont buy here
Terrible shop – poor quality and no possibility to return products
The quality of the products is very poor and does not match the expectations set by the shop. Even worse, the customer service is unhelpful and unresponsive.
I wanted to return my order, which is my legal right under German consumer protection law. However, despite my requests, the company refuses to send me a return label, making it impossible to exercise my right of withdrawal.
I cannot recommend this shop due to the poor product quality and the lack of proper customer support.
