Looks like I gpt the wrong size I have never wore a small in my life. Looks like I did that somehow super frustrating.
Then the large I got also was super tight which was a suggested size. Also isn't as comfortable as they make it seem.

The shape wear is very good quality but it's not what I see in the reviews or see in the videos when I put it on with my dresses or my pants you can still see the line on my legs and I did not see that when I look at the videos or the commercials. I really didn't want to get a refund I wanted like a exchange or something different. I was thinking maybe I'd need a thong pair or a higher shorts.
