Slow shipping and low quality shirts...
I ordered on a Sunday, received "shipping" notification 3 days later. Well, all that meant was the USPS printed the label, they did not have the item. I inquired a week later and received some excuse on a technical tracking glitch and that is shipped on the day I saw the label created. Passing the blame as I pointed out that was the label creation date, not shipping date. Got the shirt 11 days after it "shipped" so 15 in total. Really wish I hadn't received after all. It was to be a athletic material and it is that cheap, CHEAP, Gildan brand that has no shape and it paper thin. Feels like sandpaper. It's crap. I would gladly pay for quality but this is typical where they slap a logo on a cheap shirt to keep prices low and you just end up with a donation for Goodwill. Buyer beware, no returns since it's custom.

TeePublic and their artist khalil_arts stole my design, undercut me on the price and put ads for it on instagram. A shirt I have been making for years that recently went viral when Kirk Hammett from Metallica wore it on stage.
I tried reaching out to their legal team, to their customer service and via instagram and no response.
Gross business model.

Good place to find small companies and artists
I find wonderful small companies and artists selling their creation via TeePublic. I first discovered them because one of my favorite artists sells her work on this site. Recently, I purchased an Arirang t-shir. I loved it so much that I ordered two more, different prints, from the same company.
I can usually find unique items.
I've had no problems with their delivery nor quality of goods.
