Bag arrived in excellent condition. The Stella McCartney bag is absolutely gorgeous and I have no doubt it is the real thing. I’m happy with my purchase.

I order a skirt and it was marked a M but listed no measurements. The skirt says 29 on the inside but it is an Italian brand, Marina Rinaldi, that has unique sizing and a 29 equates to a xxl or size 20, it’s not returnable. And I am a size 8 or a M. I gave one extra star for good faith bc I have loved mostly everything I get from
TRR.

Received what was shown on the website. The packaging is excellent. The products arrived in very good condition.

I couldn’t get customer service to respond to repeated requests to lift the restrictions on shipping my item so I could change the delivery address and now they returned it to stock and are ignoring my repeated requests to reship it to me!! Terrible 😢 🤬

I did not receive the size I ordered which was very disappointing as I needed the shoes for an event. This was my first experience purchasing as well so not sure I will do again.

I absolutely love both of my purchases! The descriptions listed the shoes as being in “good condition,” but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were actually in perfect condition and looked almost brand new.
Another wonderful touch was that both pairs came with their original boxes, which made the purchases feel even more special. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I’m very happy with both purchases.
I would highly recommend The RealReal and will definitely be shopping with them again!
