everything I ordered was as expected. I am careful with what I order as you have to pay for shipping and if you need to return something- you have to pay for that as well. Because of this, there are many things I would not order on the site- such as pants.

Apparently Realreal does not realize or care that the factory packaging of a Montblanc fountain pen has value to collectors. They described the item that I purchased as “Condition: Excellent “ The pen itself was in excellent condition. The cardboard box was in substandard condition with what looks like years of shelf ware. The interior of the presentation box was dirty and stained. None of this damage was mentioned on the listing. Would not have payed as much as I did had I known. Item arrived carelessly packed. An expensive lesson. I will not return.
