Absolutely wonderful hose. The best I've ever worn. Customer service was wonderful! I initially received a wrong size and because I live in a very rural area they didn't require me to return the item and immediately sent me the correct size. Great people!

The customer service is amazing. I didn't receive my order due to the delivery service and they sent me a replacement. No questions asked I have purchased multiple products tights the bralettee the free shorts and they're all amazing. I cannot wait for the fall colors five stars all the way around.

I accidently placed my order with an old shipping address. I immediately emailed the company and they immediately responded and were able to correct the shipping address! Trust the reviews and feedback on Reddit regarding their poor customer support and late delivery. If you need your order by the delivery date they provide, even for rush delivery, they are notorious for delivering after the date they provided. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money due to trusting that they could meet their own delivery date. They were late by 5 days, not just 1 or 2 days. I ended to having to double my cost by buying tights on Amazon for my birthday trip since they failed short of their promise.
Very disappointed. When I reached out to see how they would make things right, they only refunded the shipping cost I paid. They do not value repeat customers, so I will no longer be giving them my business. I will purchase from Les Belles instead going forward.

I received my face creme in a very timely manner.
I tried it on immediately and was a bit concerned at first a i thought i looked somewhat "pastey". But after it settled i notice a lovely, even texture to my skin. It wasn't greasy and did not "cake". Im not used to wearing foundation, per say but this is a lovely alternative providing my face with a nutritional experience as well as a lovey finish.

Noosh support was amazing in helping me combine all my reviews credits into one gift card so I could actually use it on some new great glossy play tights.

The customer service is responsive and helpful. I was disappointed to discover the fit is so different between the Classic and Gloss tights (the Classic tights in my correct size were rolling down to my knees) and because the 2 styles differ in price, you can't do an even exchange. Instead I opted to do a return for store credit that will probably just sit there 'til Gloss goes on sale again. After my initial excitement about their products, I'm less enthused with the price, durability and fit. Two of the pairs that fit well got runs from the top down with one pair also getting a hole on the knee after about 3 or 4 wears. That's about the same mileage you get out of supermarket hosiery, but instead I paid 5x as much. They have a quick and easy warranty process, but I don't want to spend all my time returning the tights, I just want to wear them for more than 2 weeks. The size range is decent, but the color options and inclusivity of skin tones is unmatched. But if I can only wear them a few times, those features aren't that helpful.

I am so impressed with the customer service I received from the Noosh. I had some questions and they answered me quickly and took the time to really explain what I need to know. In addition the sticky lift was perfect for my dress. I highly recommend this brand

The play gloss tights are beautiful but not durable. I have ordered several pair and every single one has ripped. Unable to submit warranty claim because of how many times I submitted and the time frame.I hate that they match my skin perfectly. The original tights are great! They just don’t have any shine. Most of the play gloss I couldn’t wear because they ripped as I put them on.

A very friendly dog got frisky while I was wearing these. I totally thought they’d be ruined but they held up not only against his claws but a chewed up toy he pushed on my leg!
