Bought a dress and it didn't fit. Cannot exchange for smaller size because all sizes sold out. I did not get a refund but got a store credit. If I wanted an exchange and you cannot provide itI feel I should get a refund instead of store credit. Other reputable companies work that way.33

Sizes are off
Buying online was easy. But the sizes are off. some bigger and some smaller. Stock with a final sale item because its size is smaller than it should have been. Also got call from rep questioning me about why am making multiple purchases n a short time and if i planned on returning he dresses

Read return policy carefully. No Refunds!
A customer should always be able to receive a refund on a product if the product is returned in perfect condition and not be stuck with a credit that is not useful, Daughter wanted a specific dress and nothing else. Other that the dresses are beautiful and seem to be of high quality.

Beautiful dress and excellent quality! The workmanship is very well done, and the dress looks even prettier in person.
I found the sizing to be very accurate. I basically went by the waist measurement—similar to my usual pants size—and the chest measurement, and the fit was true to size.
I am only 5'1", so I needed very minor alterations, mainly shortening the straps and hemming the length. Other than that, the dress fit beautifully right out of the box.
I have purchased both a lace dress and a pink floral dress from PromGirl and have been very happy with the quality, fit, and overall craftsmanship of both. I would definitely purchase from them again.
Delivery was also a great experience. Shipping was quick, and I received the dress promptly in the mail.

Homecoming Dress…
I preordered my Granddaughter’s HOCO dress from PromGirl and was so happy that I did. The dress arrived exactly on the estimated timeline, was very well packaged & in perfect condition. The dress was stunning!!!! Even more so than the pictures online. The price was awesome, only a fraction of what other dress shops would charge for something similar. I bought clothes from this company and…
I bought clothes from this company and contacted them because the size was wrong. They told me I had to pay almost $9 for the return, which I did. I selected the option to receive the same item in a different size.
Later, I emailed them to ask about the status of my return. At first, they claimed they had not received it. When I sent them proof that the package had been delivered and received, they changed their story and said they had sent me an email that I never responded to. However, I never received any email from them.
Then they told me they would only give me store credit instead of sending the replacement, which would force me to pay an additional $15 for shipping. This company appears to be a scam. They do not provide proper customer service, and they do not issue refunds either. I have already reported this company to the BBB Scam Tracker and ReportFraud.ftc.gov.

Mother of the Groom Dress
I tried on many dresses as mother of the groom. It came down to two. One of the dresses was available through PromGirl. The shopping gods must have been looking out for me because there was only one dress left in the style I wanted and it was in my size! How crazy was that! With that, it was half the price of the dress in the bridal salon and it was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. It was a great experience!
