ExcExcellent Service – Made Our Day So Much More Enjoyable!
Excellent service from ResortPass. The whole process was incredibly easy to organise, with everything straightforward from start to finish.
We booked a resort pass for the day before our night flight, and it made what could have been a long and tiring day so much more enjoyable. Having somewhere comfortable to relax, enjoy the facilities, and unwind before heading to the airport was absolutely perfect.
It was a great way to make the most of our final day, and I would definitely recommend Resort Pass to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience before a late flight. We will certainly use it again!

I absolutely love ResortPass! Norman and Wilma were fantastic and provided exceptional customer service. Their personal attention, kindness, and concierge level service truly made my experience feel special. I love how simple and fun ResortPass makes it to enjoy beautiful experiences and create memories with family and friends. And it’s given us such a wonderful opportunity to spend quality and time together while exploring everything our city has to offer– and even discover amazing places around the country. No human beings for customer service
No human beings for customer service. The website booked the wrong day and I was unable to make a correction. They only gave a partial refund and then when I tried to book the correct day they DOUBLED the price over what it was when I originally went to the website.
This will be the one and only time I ever use this service.

Absolutely do not book anything with ResortPass. They have extremely limited customer service and you can’t even get anyone on the phone. They will also drop the price the day of so don’t bother booking anything in advance. Extremely frustrated with my first experience booking with them. Won’t ever use them again.

Perfect for our needs
This was a great service. Booking was easy and the hotel room was perfect for our needs. It gave us a nice place to rest and recharge after our cruise while we waited for a late flight. I would definitely use Resort Pass again!
