RC Willey Reviews 

My wife and I made an online purchase on Sunday, 11/1/2026. We purchased a Balam Brown Desk priced at $470.99 and a Sploosh Grey Comfort Sac priced at $108.99. With tax the total was $624.35 with a delivery date of 11/4.
On Monday, 11/2, we received an email saying there’s an issue. I called customer service and spoke with Thea. I explained the situation and she immediately became defensive. She said it’s a glitch and if we want to keep the items we have to pay approximately an additional $550. I explained the price is the same now so why has it gone up? She tried it herself with the same price that I stated above. She kept saying it’s a glitch and they will not sell us the items. I explained it’s bait and switch and asked to escalate to her supervisor in which she said that they WILL NOT SELL AT THAT PRICE!
I realized I was getting nowhere speaking with her. I called again, most recently at 2:32pm today, and she’s the only person answering the phones.
Who can I speak to about this so we may get the items we purchased at the price agreed upon?
We have purchased several items over the years through RC Willey in Layton, UT, but feel the customer service we received this week, the bait and switch and where we’re at today is not a true representation of our favorite furniture store.
Is there anything that you can do to make this right?

Very disappointed in RC Willey. We purchased several items on the black friday sale and were subsequently told that they listed the price incorrectly and will not honor the price. Unfortunately they've lost us as customer.

We recently relocated to the Vegas area and have had such great experience working with Brandon Poletski. He has helped us with a few different items and is such a great sales associate for RC Willey! Always a great customer experience!

I purchased a washer online and then it was cancelled by rc willey I am reading email today said I had by yesterday to contact them and I checked my bank account they cancelled and still have my money

What made my experience great is we learned that our dryer plug is actually a oven/stove plug AND IT'S AGAINST CODE. I will give a 4 for this insight. They boys remained calm while I insisted the 4-prong plug be installed.
The guys could not put on our 4 prong plug that would fit into the plug that our 2024 house had installed in our laundry room. They said it needed to be a 3 prong that already on the dryer. I requested the manual for the dryer. If I recall correctly, First I was told that there wasn't a manual, then one of the guys said to go look and he came back with an installation guide. I pointed out that it said new home should use a 4-prong plug. The guy went back to the truck and brought back a 4 prong FOR DRYERS. When my husband got home from work and looked into it the plug issue a little further, and he discovered the BOYS WERE CORRECT and that the plug that is installed in our house is against code for the reasons the boys said. Humm, now I need to call Ovation and let them know the houses they just built has dryer outlets that are not up to code. THANK YOU BOYS for that one!
We also noticed that the "Strain Relief and Strain Relief Nut" were not replaced on the cord after changing out the cord.

Delivery staff were kind and efficient

Since we knew what we wanted, it was so easy to give the sales person the SKU. He pulled it up right away and got it on the truck to be delivered the very next day! The delivery of the item was there in record time, but the sales person didn't make any false promises to us, and called when it was there. We are very pleased with how easy the whole process was.

They didn't honor the online price that I purchased. I received an email 8 hours after making an online purchase they stated there was a glitch in the system and would sale it to me at the advertised price

I like RC Willey they have great stuff at reasonable prices. I can also use it at Big O that's a plus for sure.

I bought a night stand that was listed at 599.oo, the sale price said 250.00 so I ordered it. I received and email saying tge order was wrong and I needed to call and they would give me an additional 50 dollar credit. Thats 50 dollars of 599.00. I called and rc willey said there was an online error. They didnt honor it so I canceled the order. Rc willey needs to honor there website pricing.

I bought an appliance on sale and shortly thereafter got an email saying there was a pricing mistake and I would be charged more for the product. Thanks for that.

Charity Loveland from the Boise/Meridian Idaho store is amazing. She understood the situation, she was apologetic and polite and was wonderful to work with. She made my experience one I’ll never forget.

I always get good prices at RC Willey. I always get knowledgeable and helpful salesman. I always get friendly cashiers. I always get great delivery. What else can you hope for? RC Willey is the best! I’ve been shopping there since the store opened out here in Summerlin.

Regular RC willey customers for 30+ years. Unexpectedly, we needed to find a washer to replace ours. Got online and found the exact upgaded brand and size we we were looking for that matches the dryer bought originally with it. There was an awesome discount. We made sure it wasn't a scam and purchased it (sharing payment info etc.) with a pick-up date arranged. We connected with a resource to get a truck we needed and were excited. THEN...1-2 days later we get an email saying RC Willey made an error, and was not honoring their customer 😞 POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE when 1. The company error isn't caught earlier 2. Business errors are fixed with an apology vs. honoring the deal given

Found a washer and dryer on clearance and put the items in my cart website automatically applied discounts making my husband agree to purchase. I received a receipt and the money was taken out of my account. Now I'm getting an email that there was an error on their part and they want me to pay the difference. I don't think I should have to pay for their error. I don't know that I would recommend the company if that's their approach. After speaking with the company they want to charge more than I can get the item for at Lowes, and at lowes I can get the extended warranty for two years. They pulled my money out in less than 24 hours but my refund will take days to get back and the only thing I did wrong was try to use their website to shop. I will never shop this company again EVER and I will tell every person to avoid as this company has no integrity. Worst experience ever. I will be seeking legal action. I can't even buy elsewhere because my funds are tied up with them. All they can offer is apologies absolutely unacceptable especially because this clearly affected multiple people. If they cannot keep their website working they should only sell from their stores.
