Don't trust the delivery date
I ordered a matching outdoor polywood ottoman to go with a set I had on the balcony at a rental property in Florida. We were at the property until this past Tuesday. Then we drove home 7 hours away. The ottoman was delivered the day after we left, and a day late. So now it's in a storage closet at the building and I have no way to get it up to my unit, unpack it and assemble it without paying my maintenance guy $60 for a service call.

The Delivery was great
The Delivery was great, I recieved very fast and the chair is very nice, only thing I probably didn't read that it does not recline by remote only manual and that is a little hard for my 87yr old mom. But other than that it is very nice.

Hard, uncomfortable flannel sheets
I ordered 2 sets of the woolrich cotton flannel sheet sets and they feel super hard and not like warm, cozy flannel at all. I wrote to customer service and have not heard back. Jenna K.

Color is misleading!
Color of towels are yellow & white on marbleized selection. Dull pumpkin on solid selection. NO “BRONZE” AS description is labled on site. Very disappointed.

First Overstock purchase was mislabeled
This is my first Overstock purchase. The rug arrived and the label is for the rug I ordered (light blue blue) but when I opened it up the color is not what I ordered (light blue beige). Very disappointed because that required me going through the order to make sure I ordered it properly, which I did. I took photos and screenshots, called customer service, they are initiating a replacement, but now I have to spend more time getting the rug rolled back up to ship back. Not a great 1st impression. The rug has the wrong label on it so I understand it's a Safavieh error, but it's still an Overstock experience. Customer care was very good I did give them a 2 star for that. Regardless, this is now a hassle.

The product that I’ve been looking for…two matching end tables that I’ve been told are no longer being made. VERY LUCKY I found them here! This will be the first place I look BEFORE I try anywhere.

Terrible
Terrible. I never received the rug I ordered and no communication regarding the fact it was canceled. I had to follow up when I didn’t hear anything about it shipping. The status showed canceled and nobody told me. I’ll never shop here again.

Ordered an item
Ordered an item. Said it would be delivered in two days. Didn’t show. Checked status on line, shipping status was “delayed”. Original delivery date was still listed. Called the toll free number. Automated message said it was delayed but that it would be delivered on the original delivery date, which was IN THE PAST! Got a live person, said they would check status and email me. NEVER HAPPENED! Called again, said they would check with the warehouse. Got an email that says “your package is arriving late”, gosh, no kidding. Logged in to check status, no update. Pretty simple business. Take order. Ship order. Provide status of order. Failed in all regards. Will never order from them again.

I will most likely not be purchasing…
I will most likely not be purchasing from Overstock again since I have to pay over $100 to return a rug which if bought elsewhere would be free. The rugs colors aren’t exactly what i wanted, but I’m forced to live with it since returning costs so much of the rug price.
