My compressor failed on my current…
My compressor failed on my current unit. Thankfully it was covered under the warranty. When I contacted my HVAC company, they wanted to charge $1100 to replace it. I called Seville support and the gentleman that helped me was great!! He offered me a replacement unit in full for $530. Unit is installed and working great!

Purchased a 48000 BTU 5 head unit 2 years ago and it stopped working recently. Senville quickly shipped me replacement control and inverter boards under warranty and back up and running again. Customer service was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable.
