FactoryPure Reviews

I ordered a propane heater, you shipped me a natural gas heater, then you demanded that I pay 350 dollars to exchange it for the one that I ordered, not going to happen, I will never order anything from you again 🙃.

The company was very helpful with all my questions. They didn't mind taking things further with all the requests that I asked them. Even when I asked them to search for a lower price. They were friendly, helpful and kind.I enjoyed the experience with them. After I decided on the product that I wanted shipment was fast and easy.

Reasonably priced, arrived quickly, and works great!

Was what I needed and seam to be of good quality

Great price and customer service available when I called. They are everything great company should be. And the product was excellent. I highly recommend Factory Pure. I WILL be calling on them in the future.

Great product. Great Packaging. Very quick shipping. Overall it was a great experience and I'll be back for more.

Great service and prompt delivery. Delivery driver helped check to make sure everything was in order; I would order from Factory Pure again

Good experience from order to delivery, and the product is good quality and comes in handy

Good product at a great price. Shipping was reasonable also!! All the features I needed!

Impressed with quality of Compressor and accessories, all components went together nicely. Compressor does not make a lot of noise, which is another good quality. Hopefully into the Spring of next year I will reap the benefits of this investment.

Great communication with the team on getting my order placed. I had to redo the order due to not being able to get a freight truck to my house and they got it sorted out quickly. The pricing was fantastic and everything could not have been smoother. Highly recommended!

I wanted the soft start for my solar panels and backup batteries. My lights flicker when the condenser kicks on. I installed the Easy Start and my start up amps dropped from 59 amps to 20 amps. My lights barely flicker now and most likely will not when my service is upgraded from 100 Amps to 200 Amps. It is a lot quitter when the AC starts up now, as it is next to our bedroom so that is great. I only wish I had done this years ago.

People were nice and very professional . No hassle when placing and making the order.

Such a great company to work with. Excellent prices and customer service. They helped me tremendously on my warranty claims by working with the manufacturer and myself on several occasions. Would definitely purchase from them again and recommend them to anyone.

It's been pretty warm here in Minnesota, so we haven't had to use the machine. But we did start it a couple of times and it seems to work wonderfully. It took about 20 minutes for it to get up and running the first time and it ran perfect. The second time it took under ten minutes to be running really well. It's so easy to start up and it burns the pellets to a complete ash. I had about 60 lbs. in the hopper and it ran the entire night and still has pellets. So far, we are really happy, and I want to thank Factory Pure for checking up to see if everything is going well. Your customer service is quite difference from the last manufacture that we had, we had to return that machine. So, it will be getting colder here in MN soon, I will be able to give you a better review when we have run the machine for a few months. Thank you again.

Great product. Will definitely order this rolled roofing again. Our local big BOX store stopped carrying different sizes so this works out perfect. And also seems better than the other Rubber we were using.

Price and service

Shipping was free, fast and the wood stove was bundled and protected so we'll. The price was better than home depot. The experience was great! We appreciate the care taken to get us taken care of.
