Steve, we’re sorry the freight delivery was frustrating. Our sales team reviewed the shipping process with you prior to shipment and provided the information available to us. Once a flooring order leaves our facility, scheduling, tracking updates, and final delivery are handled by the freight carrier and are unfortunately outside of our direct control.
We understand that doesn’t make a difficult delivery experience any less frustrating, and we appreciate your feedback.

You said you would trim the salvage edges of the carpet and you delivered the carpet with the salvage still on the carpet.
I had to hire 2 carpet installers to trim the edges at additional cost.
