Worst place to buy a couch from.
Worst place to buy a couch from. We came here happily being fooled into the best warranty and best furniture spending 3 grand on a couch that broke 2 Hours after delivery. We called the next day and we told they would contact us, noone did soo we called again. We then were told we would get a message. 3 days later we got a message that said the 30th of Oct from 12 to 2 pm noone came. We waited all day at home. Called back, apparently it was a glitch. 2 weeks now we have been stuck with a couch that is not working the recliner won't go down, they just apologize and say no refund no returns. We got a 5 year warranty on top of the purchase. This is just horrible. The worst place I have ever delt with.
Buyer beware
Buyer beware. Do not purchase anything from them. I bought the motto sofa and it broke the first day of delivery. I had purchased the extended warranty. Called to set up to get it fixed. Ten days later they were suppose to come fix it but a no show. I received an email they were suppose to show up at a certain time frame. I left work early to be here for them to fix it. I called the store after they didn't show up. They said there was a glitch on there end and I was never really scheduled even though I received an email with a date and time they were suppose to show up. All they said we are sorry you will have to reschedule. I've had this sofa for almost 3 weeks and it has been broken within hours of relieving it. When you spend almost 4000 dollars on a sofa you would think you wouldn't have to go through all of this trouble. But I'm sorry is all they have to say. I will never buy anything from this store again and hopefully you won't either.
Buy from somewhere else
So far, I'd give negative stars to this company. I ordered a bed on 9/19 and was estimated 2 to 4 weeks to be deliver. I reached out after 3.5 weeks to see if there was an update.
I called, I used the Live Chat option. No one called back. The live chat? HA! Stops giving updates after a while of where you are in line. I assume so that you'll give up? Finally after 2 weeks of trying get ahold of someone, finally I get an update. It was on "back order". In lieu of giving me a generic email or something as an update, the company just ignores customers! I told the rep if it wasn't delivered by x date, my order will be canceled. Magically, my order is in only a few days later! Wow! 
Now let's forward to getting someone who can give me an update. They did fine. However when I mentioned a COI for my building they told me to email them the info, I did. Now I'm getting text messages and emails from another rep asking who to reach out to for the COI info. Does no one talk at this company?! This is the worst experience I've had with them. No one talks, no one cares. 
Horrible Store manager
Had a horrible experience with store manager Craig! He was absolutely rude and never cared to change his attitude, even when confronting him to tell him to never speak to a customer like that. His response when saying how rude he was and uncalled for was “thank you, anything else?”

Order I placed for delivery on 10/24 was never received. When I spoke with a representative about the order I was told it was scheduled for that date and I would get an e-mail confirmation the night before and a text when delivery person would be there the day of delivery. I recently purchased a mattress for my new apartment after moving to the US in the union square store. The salesperson, Robert Pinto, charged us a premium price and assured us that the mattress would be delivered on time. I emphasized that the delivery date was critical, as we had no other place to shop and needed the mattress urgently.
However, on the promised delivery day, the mattress did not arrive. After spending hours trying unsuccessfully to reach the company by phone, I went to the store in person. Unfortunately, the same salesperson showed no empathy and made no effort to help, effectively leaving us without a place to sleep.
When I asked to speak with the manager, Mary Rose, she refused to take our call or address the situation, even though we had given the store a full week’s notice and had been assured timely delivery.
We ultimately left the store without a mattress or any support from the staff, despite having been promised otherwise. This experience was extremely disappointing and distressing, especially as newcomers relying on the company’s word and professionalism

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and I never got a follow up email or call. It's impossible to get through to talk to a representative over the phone. Not a great experience
Terrible communications and customer service after they make the sale!
I went in to the Waterbury store to purchase a mattress.  Francisco our salesperson was very nice and knowledgeable and we found what we liked pretty quickly,  We decided we would also buy a new bedframe and added that to our order and paid.  Delivery was confirmed for Thursday (3 days later)
Wednesday we received a text from the delivery company confirming our delivery time window. Thursday we received another text adjusting the time by an hour.
An hour after we were told the furniture would be delivered, I called the store to confirm delivery and was told they had no idea and they have nothing to do with the delivery company)
It turns out the delivery company went to pick up the bedframe this morning and noticed there were parts missing which was never communicated to me or the store.  I called the store and after a frustrating conversation cancelled the entire order as there was no way they could guarantee delivery of the mattress and frame and they have no communications with the delivery company.
I spoke with a manager and cancelled the order as I could get no firm and honest answers as to when they could confirm I would get my full refund -They told me about 10 days!  Very frustrating, very disappointing and I sadly will never set foot in a Raymour and Flanagan store again.

My order has not been delivered and I cannot get anyone on the phone to help with the status or to cancel. I called the customer service line multiple times in the last few days with no answer. Very disappointed.
